1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to spopyou

Welcome to Spopyyou, a premium social community platform designed to bring people together through authentic connections, shared interests, meaningful experiences and trusted interactions.

Spopyyou combines social networking, community building, creator services, business networking and event experiences within one integrated platform. Depending on your membership, profile type and location, you may discover new people, communicate with other members, participate in communities, attend or organize events, publish content, access premium features, and use additional services offered by Spopyyou.

Our mission is to create a trusted ecosystem where individuals, creators, hosts, businesses and communities can connect in a safe, respectful and transparent environment.

Spopyyou is operated by sebavision OÜ, an Estonian private limited company.

1.2 Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Spopyyou platform and all related services provided by sebavision OÜ.

These Terms apply to:

the Spopyyou website;

all official Spopyyou subdomains;

mobile and desktop applications;

member accounts;

creator accounts;

business accounts;

host accounts;

event services;

premium memberships;

founder memberships;

digital products and services;

virtual currencies, credits or Coins, where available;

all other services, features and functionalities made available through Spopyyou.

Certain services may be subject to additional policies, guidelines or supplemental terms. Where applicable, such additional terms form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, registering for, creating an account on, purchasing a membership, using any feature of, or otherwise interacting with the Spopyyou platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You also acknowledge that your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines and any additional policies or service-specific terms that may apply to particular features, memberships or transactions.

Spopyyou may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable law. Where required, users will be informed of material changes before they become effective. Continued use of the Platform after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age (18+)

Spopyyou is intended exclusively for adults.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register for, access or use the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Spopyyou does not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or access any part of the Platform. If we become aware that an account has been created by or on behalf of a person below the required age, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.

Certain services, features or content may be subject to additional age verification requirements where required by applicable law.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You may use Spopyyou only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

you are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law, regulation or court order;

your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

Business Users further represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of the business or legal entity they represent.

2.3 One Account per Person

Each individual may maintain only one personal account, unless Spopyyou expressly authorizes otherwise.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain additional benefits, manipulate rankings, referral programs, promotions, verification processes or any other Platform functionality is strictly prohibited.

Where permitted, separate Business or Organization accounts may be created in accordance with the applicable Business Terms.

Spopyyou reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently remove duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

2.4 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

You must not:

provide false or misleading information;

impersonate another person;

use another person's identity without authorization;

create fake or deceptive profiles;

use inaccurate information to obtain memberships, verification, promotional benefits or access to restricted features.

Spopyyou may request additional information or identity verification where necessary to protect the integrity, security and trust of the Platform.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in the restriction, suspension or termination of your account.

3. About spopyou

Spopyyou is a multi-purpose social community platform designed to connect people through authentic interactions, shared interests, communities, events, creator experiences and business opportunities.

Depending on your membership, profile type, verification status and applicable laws, the Platform may provide access to some or all of the following services and features.

3.1 Community Platform

Spopyyou enables members to discover, connect and interact with other users through profiles, communities, messaging, shared interests and platform activities.

The Platform is designed to promote respectful communication, authentic relationships and meaningful social interactions while maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for all users.

3.2 Dating

Spopyyou provides features that allow eligible members to discover compatible users, build connections and communicate with one another based on individual preferences, profile information and platform matching systems.

Spopyyou does not guarantee compatibility, responses, meetings or the formation of personal relationships.

All interactions between members are voluntary and remain solely the responsibility of the participating users.

3.3 Events

The Platform enables eligible members and authorized hosts to create, discover, join and manage public or private events.

Events may include social gatherings, networking activities, educational experiences, wellness activities, entertainment or other community-based experiences.

Participation in events is voluntary. Spopyyou acts solely as a platform facilitating event discovery and management unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.4 Hosts

Qualified members may become Hosts and organize events through the Platform.

Additional requirements, verification procedures or separate Host Terms may apply depending on the type, size or commercial nature of an event.

Hosting privileges may be limited, suspended or revoked where necessary to maintain the safety, quality and integrity of the Platform.

3.5 Creators

Spopyyou enables eligible members to create, publish and monetize digital content where such services are available.

Creator features may include subscriptions, premium content, tips, pay-per-view content and additional monetization tools.

Access to certain Creator features may require identity verification, additional agreements or compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

3.6 Memberships

Spopyyou offers different membership plans designed to provide varying levels of access, functionality and user experience.

Available memberships may include free and paid plans, Founder memberships and other membership options introduced from time to time.

Membership benefits, limitations, pricing and renewal conditions are described separately within these Terms and on the applicable pricing pages.

3.7 Premium Services

Certain Platform features are available only through paid memberships, optional add-ons or additional digital services.

Premium Services may include enhanced discovery tools, advanced communication features, creator monetization, hosting capabilities, business functionality, verification features and other benefits.

The availability of Premium Services may vary depending on your membership, geographic location, legal requirements and future Platform development.

We may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features, services or functionality to improve the Platform, comply with legal requirements or respond to operational needs. Where required by applicable law, users will be notified of material changes.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a Spopyyou account.

You agree to register and use your account in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Certain Platform features may require additional verification, identity confirmation or acceptance of supplementary terms before they become available.

4.1 Registration

To create an account, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested during sign-up.

During registration, you may be asked to select your preferred account type, membership or other profile options made available by the Platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

you meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms;

all information provided is accurate and complete;

you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;

you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Spopyyou reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any registration that violates these Terms or may pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

4.2 Email Verification

To help maintain the integrity and security of the Platform, users may be required to verify their email address before accessing certain features.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address associated with your account remains valid and accessible.

Spopyyou may use your verified email address to:

confirm your identity;

communicate important account information;

send security notifications;

provide legal notices;

deliver service-related communications.

Failure to verify your email address may limit access to certain Platform features.

4.3 Profile Requirements

Users are expected to maintain authentic and accurate profiles that reflect their genuine identity and intended use of the Platform.

Profile information should be truthful, current and respectful of other users.

Users must not:

create fake profiles;

impersonate another individual or organization;

use misleading profile information;

upload content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Certain profile elements may be mandatory depending on the selected account type, membership, verification status or applicable legal requirements.

Business Users may be required to provide additional business-related information.

Spopyyou reserves the right to request additional verification or supporting information where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to:

choose a strong and secure password;

keep your login credentials confidential;

not share your account with any other person;

immediately notify Spopyyou of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach or misuse of your account.

Spopyyou is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

Where available, users are encouraged to enable additional security measures, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

For security, legal or operational reasons, Spopyyou may temporarily restrict access to an account while investigating suspicious activity or potential violations of these Terms.

5. Identity Verification (Veriff)

To enhance trust, security and regulatory compliance, certain services and features on Spopyyou may require identity verification.

Identity verification is performed through our trusted third-party verification provider, Veriff, or another verification provider designated by Spopyyou.

Identity verification helps protect our community against fraud, impersonation, fake accounts and other forms of abuse while supporting a safe and trustworthy platform.

5.1 Optional and Mandatory Verification

Identity verification is optional for general use of many Platform features.

However, verification may become mandatory for specific services, including but not limited to:

receiving an ID Verified status;

creator monetization;

wallet withdrawals;

payout services;

payment processing requirements;

premium commercial features;

business services;

access to restricted functionality;

compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

Spopyyou reserves the right to require identity verification whenever necessary to protect the Platform, its users or to comply with applicable laws.

5.2 ID Verified Status

Users who successfully complete the identity verification process may receive an ID Verified status or badge on their profile.

The ID Verified status confirms only that the user's identity has been verified through the designated verification provider.

It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee of conduct, reputation or trustworthiness.

Spopyyou may remove or revoke the verified status if the underlying verification becomes invalid or if the account violates these Terms.

5.3 Manual Review

Certain verification requests may require additional manual review.

Manual review may occur where:

additional information is required;

verification results are inconclusive;

inconsistencies are detected;

fraud prevention measures require further assessment;

legal or compliance obligations apply.

Spopyyou may request additional documentation or information before completing the verification process.

Completion of a manual review does not guarantee approval.

5.4 Verification Rejection

Identity verification may be rejected where:

submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete;

documents cannot be verified;

fraudulent or manipulated documents are detected;

identity theft or impersonation is suspected;

applicable legal or regulatory requirements are not met.

Users may be permitted to submit a new verification request where appropriate.

Spopyyou reserves the right to refuse verification at its reasonable discretion where necessary to protect the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

5.5 Suspension and Restriction

If verification cannot be completed or if suspicious activity is detected, Spopyyou may temporarily restrict or suspend access to certain Platform features.

Depending on the circumstances, restrictions may include:

temporary limitation of account functionality;

suspension of payouts or withdrawals;

removal of verification status;

suspension of monetization features;

temporary or permanent account suspension.

Such measures are intended to protect users, payment providers and the integrity of the Platform.

5.6 Fraud Prevention

Spopyyou actively implements measures to detect and prevent fraud, impersonation, identity theft, money laundering, payment abuse and other unlawful activities.

Verification data may be combined with automated risk assessments, manual reviews and security monitoring where permitted by applicable law.

Any attempt to:

submit false identity information;

use forged or altered documents;

impersonate another individual;

circumvent verification procedures;

misuse verified accounts;

may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account and, where appropriate, reporting to competent authorities.

5.7 Third-Party Verification Provider

Identity verification is provided by an independent third-party verification service.

By initiating identity verification, you acknowledge that certain personal information and verification documents will be processed directly by the verification provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Spopyyou does not store identity documents unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy.

6. Membership Plans

Spopyou offers free and paid membership plans that provide different levels of access to the Platform, its functions and services.

The available membership options may include:

Free;

Premium;

Premium+; and

the Enterprise Host Add-on.

The availability of individual plans, prices and features may depend on the user’s country, account type, verification status, payment provider and the current version of the Platform.

The exact price, initial term, included features, payment schedule, renewal conditions and cancellation options applicable to a membership will be displayed before the user submits a binding order.

A paid membership provides access to the features included in the selected plan. It does not guarantee matches, messages, responses, profile views, event attendance, Creator income, Host revenue or any other specific result.

6.1 Free Membership

Spopyou may provide a Free membership without a recurring membership fee.

Depending on the current Platform configuration, the Free membership may include:

creation and maintenance of a personal profile;

basic discovery and matching functions;

access to selected search options;

limited messaging functions;

participation in eligible public events;

selected community, safety and reporting functions;

access to other functions identified as free on the Platform.

The Free membership may be subject to limitations concerning:

the number of messages that may be initiated;

the number of profile images;

advanced search and matching filters;

media messaging;

profile customization;

Creator and monetization functions;

private or paid event hosting;

analytics;

priority inbox functions;

Premium or restricted areas.

Spopyyou may reasonably modify the functions included in the Free membership where necessary for product development, safety, security, legal compliance or technical operation.

Mandatory consumer rights relating to material changes to digital services remain unaffected.

6.2 Premium Membership

Premium is a paid membership intended for users who want expanded control over discovery, communication, profile presentation, events and eligible Creator or Host functions.

Depending on the current Platform configuration, Premium may include:

expanded search and matching options;

lifestyle, personality and preference filters;

higher messaging limits;

additional inbox and communication functions;

additional profile images;

enhanced profile presentation;

read receipts, reactions or selected media functions;

access to selected private-event functions;

selected hosting tools;

selected Creator and monetization tools;

basic or enhanced activity insights;

other functions identified as Premium features.

Premium may improve the user’s ability to personalize and organize their Platform experience. It does not guarantee greater popularity, more matches, responses, commercial success or a particular ranking position.

6.3 Premium+ Membership

Premium+ is Spopyou’s highest regular membership level and may provide access to advanced discovery, communication, Creator, Host and profile-management functions.

Depending on the current Platform configuration, Premium+ may include:

advanced search and matching controls;

hard filters and advanced preference presets;

verified-profile filters;

expanded or unlimited eligible messaging;

priority and secondary inbox functions;

advanced profile customization;

enhanced media and communication tools;

advanced event-management functions;

waitlists, co-hosting and recurring-event tools;

advanced analytics;

professional Creator tools;

enhanced monetization conditions;

early access to selected Platform features;

eligibility to purchase the Enterprise Host Add-on.

Premium+ is intended to provide greater control and efficiency. It does not override:

user blocking or privacy settings;

moderation decisions;

identity-verification requirements;

safety and trust systems;

Community Guidelines;

legal or territorial restrictions;

the preferences of other users.

6.4 Enterprise Host Add-on

Enterprise is an optional paid add-on intended for professional Hosts, venues, clubs, event organizers and other eligible commercial users.

Enterprise is not a standalone membership and may only be purchased together with an active Premium+ membership.

Depending on the current Platform configuration, Enterprise may include:

professional event-management tools;

paid-event functionality;

ticket and payout administration;

advanced Host analytics;

co-host management;

dynamic-pricing tools;

recurring or series-event functions;

venue-management tools;

additional professional operating features.

Enterprise does not:

increase matching priority;

automatically increase profile visibility;

affect XP solely because it was purchased;

override moderation or trust systems;

guarantee ticket sales, attendance or revenue;

create an official partnership with Spopyou.

Separate Host and Venue Conditions or individual commercial agreements may apply.

6.4.1 Connection to Premium+

Enterprise can only remain active while the associated Premium+ membership is active.

The Enterprise end date will always correspond to the end date of the associated Premium+ membership.

Enterprise cannot:

continue after Premium+ expires;

have a longer independent term than Premium+;

renew without Premium+;

exist without an active Premium+ membership.

If Premium+ is cancelled or set not to renew, Enterprise will also be set not to renew and will expire no later than the shared end date.

6.4.2 Enterprise purchased during an active Premium+ term

If Enterprise is purchased after a Premium+ term has already started, the Enterprise price will be calculated proportionally for the remaining period of the Premium+ membership.

The user will be shown before purchase:

the remaining period;

the applicable proportional price;

the shared expiry date;

the total amount payable;

applicable taxes.

Enterprise will expire or renew together with Premium+.

6.5 Feature Differences

The exact functions included in Free, Premium, Premium+ and Enterprise are described on the applicable pricing or feature-comparison page.

The feature description displayed immediately before purchase forms part of the contractual description of the selected membership.

Differences between membership plans may concern:

discovery and matching controls;

search filters;

messaging limits;

inbox organization;

profile and media limits;

profile customization;

event participation;

hosting tools;

Creator and monetization functions;

analytics;

payout conditions;

access to new or experimental functions.

Certain functions may additionally require:

email verification;

age or identity verification;

a complete profile;

acceptance of additional terms;

Creator, Host or Business eligibility;

compliance with applicable laws;

approval by a payment provider;

good account standing.

No membership permits a user to circumvent moderation, safety rules, legal restrictions or the preferences of other users.

6.6 Initial Subscription Duration

Paid Premium and Premium+ memberships may be offered with an initial term of:

one month;

three months;

six months; or

twelve months.

The user selects the desired initial term before completing the purchase.

The entire price of the selected initial term is charged once in advance.

For example, where a twelve-month membership is offered for a total price of EUR 219.90:

EUR 219.90 is charged once at the beginning;

the initial membership term lasts twelve months;

any displayed monthly equivalent is provided only to allow price comparison;

the initial price is not divided into twelve monthly instalments.

The membership begins once payment has been successfully confirmed, unless a different starting date is expressly agreed.

6.7 Discounted Monthly Rate

Multi-month memberships may be offered at a discounted effective monthly rate.

After completion of the prepaid initial term, the applicable discounted monthly rate will remain in effect provided that:

the same membership continues without interruption;

the user does not cancel the membership;

the membership is not terminated due to a serious violation;

no properly notified price adjustment has taken effect.

The discounted rate is linked to the uninterrupted membership and not permanently to the user’s account.

If the user cancels and later purchases a new membership:

the previous discounted rate does not automatically remain available;

the prices available at the time of the new purchase apply;

the user may need to select a new multi-month initial term to obtain the corresponding discounted rate again.

Promotional and Founder rates may be subject to separate terms.

6.8 Automatic Monthly Renewal

After the selected prepaid initial term of one, three, six or twelve months ends, the membership automatically continues for an indefinite period with monthly billing, unless the user cancels.

The original fixed term does not repeat automatically.

This means, for example:

a twelve-month initial membership does not automatically renew for another twelve months;

after the initial twelve months, the membership is billed monthly;

the applicable discounted monthly rate continues while the membership remains uninterrupted;

the monthly continuation may be cancelled at the end of any current monthly billing period.

Before the user submits the order, Spopyou will clearly display:

the initial term;

the total upfront payment;

the effective monthly equivalent;

the monthly renewal amount;

the date or method by which renewal begins;

the cancellation process.

6.9 Upgrade to a Higher Membership

A user may upgrade from Free to Premium, from Free to Premium+, or from Premium to Premium+ where the relevant option is available.

An upgrade generally takes effect immediately after successful payment.

Where a user upgrades during an existing prepaid term:

the unused proportional value of the current paid membership will be credited;

the user will only be charged the proportional price difference for the remaining period;

the existing end date of the initial membership term will normally remain unchanged;

the upgraded functions will become available immediately;

the exact credit and additional amount will be displayed before confirmation.

Example:

A user has six months remaining on a twelve-month Premium membership and upgrades to Premium+.

Spopyou calculates:

the unused value of the remaining Premium period;

the price of Premium+ for the same remaining period;

the difference between those amounts.

Only the resulting difference is charged.

After the initial term ends, the upgraded membership continues with monthly billing at the discounted monthly rate associated with the corresponding original term of the upgraded plan.

No upgrade will be processed until the user has been shown and accepted the final amount.

6.10 Downgrade to a Lower Membership

A downgrade generally becomes effective at the end of the current prepaid or monthly billing period.

Until that date:

the user retains the functions of the current paid plan;

no paid functions are removed solely because a future downgrade has been requested;

no additional fee is charged for submitting the downgrade;

no proportional refund is issued for the current period unless required by law.

Once the downgrade becomes effective:

the account changes to the selected lower plan;

the applicable feature limits take effect;

future billing is adjusted accordingly;

Enterprise expires if Premium+ is no longer active.

The user will receive confirmation of the effective downgrade date.

6.11 Failed Payments and Grace Period

If a recurring payment fails, Spopyou will provide a seven-day grace period, unless immediate restriction is required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

During the grace period:

Spopyou or the payment provider may retry the payment;

the user may update the payment method;

ordinary Premium or Premium+ access will generally remain active;

no late-payment fee will be charged unless clearly agreed in advance;

financial functions, payouts or withdrawals may be temporarily paused where necessary to prevent financial risk.

The user should receive a notification explaining:

that the payment failed;

the amount concerned;

how to update the payment method;

when the grace period ends;

what will happen if payment is not completed.

If payment is successfully completed within the grace period, the membership will continue without interruption.

If payment remains unsuccessful after seven days:

the paid membership may expire;

the account may automatically revert to Free;

Premium, Premium+ and Enterprise functions may become unavailable;

the user’s account, profile and lawful content will not be deleted solely because of the failed payment;

any outstanding legally due amount may remain payable.

Where technically reasonable, Spopyou should make at least three payment attempts during the grace period.

6.12 Cancellation

A paid membership may be cancelled at any time without an additional notice period.

Cancellation must be available through a clear and easily accessible function in the user’s account settings or through another equally simple online method.

The user is not required to provide a reason for ordinary cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect:

at the end of the prepaid initial term, if cancellation occurs during the initial term; or

at the end of the current monthly billing period, if the membership is already continuing monthly.

Following cancellation:

no further renewal payment will be charged;

paid functions remain available until the end of the already paid period;

the account normally reverts to Free after the paid period ends;

the discounted rate linked to the uninterrupted membership ends;

the user receives cancellation confirmation by email or another durable medium.

6.13 Refunds and Statutory Rights

Ordinary cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a right to a proportional refund for a period already started or prepaid.

This rule does not limit:

statutory withdrawal rights;

rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital services;

rights under the Spopyyou Refund Policy;

mandatory consumer-protection rights;

refunds expressly promised by Spopyyou.

6.14 Price Changes

Spopyou may adjust membership prices for legitimate reasons, including:

changes in operating costs;

inflation;

tax changes;

payment-provider or card-network fees;

legal or regulatory requirements;

material expansion or improvement of the service;

changes to the features included in a membership;

currency developments.

A price change will not retroactively affect a prepaid term that has already been paid.

For automatically renewing memberships:

the user will receive clear advance notice;

the notice will state the new price and effective date;

the new price will apply no earlier than the next eligible monthly renewal after the notice period;

the user may cancel before the new price takes effect;

no new price will be charged where applicable law requires explicit consent and that consent has not been provided.

6.15 Enterprise Cancellation

Enterprise may be cancelled independently from Premium+, but it remains active until the shared current end date unless otherwise expressly stated.

Cancelling Enterprise:

prevents Enterprise from renewing;

does not immediately remove Enterprise functions during the paid period;

does not automatically cancel Premium+.

Cancelling or downgrading Premium+:

automatically prevents Enterprise from renewing;

causes Enterprise to expire no later than Premium+;

may result in the loss of Enterprise functions after the shared end date.

6.16 Membership Expiry

When a paid membership ends:

the account normally reverts to Free;

paid functions and higher limits become unavailable;

lawful profile information and user content are not automatically deleted;

settings linked to paid functions may remain stored where permitted by the Privacy Policy;

Creator, Host, payout or Enterprise functions may be restricted;

outstanding payout, refund or chargeback matters may continue to be processed.

Expiration of a membership does not automatically delete the user account.

6.17 Billing Authorization

By purchasing a recurring membership, the user authorizes Spopyou and its designated payment provider to charge the selected payment method for:

the prepaid initial term;

subsequent monthly renewal payments;

applicable taxes;

separately accepted add-ons.

No optional add-on will be charged without the user’s prior agreement.

The authorization ends when:

cancellation becomes effective;

the membership expires;

the payment arrangement is otherwise lawfully terminated.

6.18 Information Displayed before Purchase

Before the user submits a paid membership order, the checkout must clearly display:

the selected membership;

the material included features;

the total initial price;

applicable VAT or taxes;

the selected initial term;

confirmation that the initial term is paid in advance;

the effective monthly comparison price;

the monthly renewal price;

confirmation that renewal becomes monthly;

the date on which renewal begins;

cancellation instructions;

information concerning withdrawal rights;

any relevant limitations;

the identity of sebavision OÜ as contracting party.

7. Founder Program

Spopyyou may offer a limited Founder Program during selected pre-launch or early launch phases.

The Founder Program is intended to recognize and reward early supporters who contribute to the initial growth and development of the Platform.

Participation in the Founder Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms, the applicable Founder Program Terms and any additional conditions published by Spopyyou.

Participation in the Founder Program does not grant ownership, shares, voting rights, partnership status or any other legal interest in sebavision OÜ or the Spopyyou Platform.

7.1 Founder Cards

Spopyyou may issue a limited number of official Founder Cards.

Each Founder Card may include:

a unique Founder Number;

a unique Founder Code;

a unique QR Code;

access to the Founder onboarding process;

additional Founder privileges determined by Spopyyou.

Founder Cards remain the property of Spopyyou until successfully redeemed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Founder Card may only be redeemed once.

The first eligible person who successfully redeems a valid Founder Card and completes the required registration process becomes the official Founder Card Holder.

Founder Cards may not be copied, forged, manipulated or used in any unauthorized manner.

Spopyyou reserves the right to deactivate invalid, duplicated, fraudulent or improperly obtained Founder Cards.

7.2 Founder Verified

Upon successful redemption of an eligible Founder Card, the Founder Card Holder may receive the Founder Verified status.

Founder Verified is intended solely to identify original Founder members who joined the Platform through the official Founder Program.

Founder Verified:

is personal to the original Founder Card Holder;

is non-transferable;

cannot be sold or assigned;

does not represent identity verification;

does not replace ID verification;

does not guarantee trustworthiness, reputation or endorsement by Spopyyou.

Founder Verified may be revoked where:

the Founder Card was obtained fraudulently;

these Terms are materially violated;

the account is permanently terminated;

continued participation no longer complies with applicable laws or Platform policies.

7.3 Founder Benefits

Founder members may receive exclusive benefits determined by Spopyyou.

Such benefits may include:

early access to new Platform features;

Founder recognition within the Platform;

priority invitations to selected events;

exclusive Founder communications;

early access to beta features;

promotional membership benefits;

other benefits announced by Spopyyou.

Founder benefits are promotional in nature and may evolve over time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Founder benefits do not create a permanent contractual entitlement to future products or services.

7.4 Founder Discounts

Eligible Founder members may receive discounted pricing on selected membership plans.

Unless otherwise specified:

Founder discounts apply only to the original Founder Card Holder;

discounts cannot be transferred to another person;

discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;

discounts cannot normally be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

Where Spopyyou advertises a Lifetime Founder Discount, the discount applies only while:

the Founder account remains active;

these Terms are complied with;

the relevant membership remains available.

Spopyyou reserves the right to discontinue the underlying membership product while offering a reasonably equivalent replacement where appropriate.

7.5 Referral Program

Founder members may be invited to participate in the Founder Referral Program.

Unless otherwise specified:

each Founder Card Holder may invite up to ten eligible new members;

invitations are issued through the official Founder referral system;

each referral must use the assigned Founder referral code or referral link;

only first-time registrations qualify as valid referrals.

A referral becomes successful only when the referred person:

registers a new eligible account;

satisfies all applicable eligibility requirements;

successfully completes the required registration process.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

7.6 Referral Rewards

Where the Founder Referral Program is active:

Each successful referred member may receive:

three months of complimentary Premium membership (or another promotional benefit announced at the time).

The referring Founder member may receive:

one additional complimentary month of Premium membership for each successful referral.

Referral rewards are granted only after the referral has been validated by Spopyyou.

Referral rewards:

have no cash value;

are non-transferable;

cannot be redeemed for money;

cannot normally be exchanged for alternative benefits.

Unless otherwise stated, the maximum Founder referral reward is:

ten successful referrals;

ten complimentary membership months.

Once this maximum has been reached, no additional referral rewards will be granted unless Spopyyou introduces a new promotional program.

7.7 Abuse Prevention

To maintain the integrity of the Founder Program, Spopyyou may investigate any activity that appears fraudulent, abusive or intended to circumvent the rules of the Founder Program.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

creating multiple accounts;

referring yourself;

using fake identities;

selling Founder Cards without authorization;

manipulating referral tracking;

creating fraudulent referrals;

using automated systems or bots;

providing false registration information;

attempting to obtain Founder benefits through deception.

Where abuse is suspected, Spopyyou may:

refuse or cancel referral rewards;

revoke Founder Verified status;

invalidate Founder Cards;

suspend or terminate Founder accounts;

permanently exclude users from the Founder Program;

recover benefits granted through fraudulent activity;

take further legal action where appropriate.

Spopyyou's decision regarding suspected abuse shall be based on reasonable evidence and applicable law.

7.8 Modification or Discontinuation of the Founder Program

The Founder Program is a limited promotional initiative intended for the launch and early growth of the Platform.

Spopyyou reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Founder Program, provided that such changes do not unfairly affect benefits already contractually granted to existing Founder members.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

8. Payments

Spopyyou offers paid memberships, digital services, subscriptions, event-related services, creator-related services, virtual goods and other paid features.

Payments are processed exclusively through payment providers authorized by Spopyyou.

Spopyyou does not store complete payment card information. Payment processing is performed by certified third-party payment service providers in accordance with applicable security standards, including PCI DSS where applicable.

The payment methods available to a user may vary depending on:

country of residence;

selected product or service;

account type;

membership;

payment provider;

applicable laws;

verification status;

technical availability.

8.1 Stripe

Stripe may be used to process payments for eligible products and services offered through the Platform.

Depending on the current Platform configuration, Stripe may process payments for:

Premium memberships;

Premium+ memberships;

Enterprise subscriptions;

Coins;

event tickets;

business services;

digital products;

other eligible Platform services.

Payments processed through Stripe are additionally subject to Stripe's own legal terms, payment rules and privacy policy.

Where required by applicable law, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) or other authentication procedures may apply.

8.2 CCBill

CCBill may be used for products and services designated by Spopyyou, particularly services classified by payment providers as high-risk or adult-oriented.

Depending on the Platform configuration, CCBill may process payments relating to:

Creator subscriptions;

recurring creator memberships;

premium creator content;

Pay-Per-View (PPV);

digital adult content where legally permitted;

creator tips;

private messaging features;

other eligible recurring digital services.

Payments processed by CCBill remain subject to CCBill's own payment terms, compliance requirements and fraud prevention procedures.

Certain products or services may only be available through CCBill due to payment network requirements or merchant category restrictions.

8.3 Supported Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

Visa

Mastercard

American Express

Apple Pay

Google Pay

SEPA Direct Debit

Bank Transfer

PayPal (where available)

Other payment methods introduced in the future.

The availability of payment methods may vary by country, payment provider, merchant category and legal requirements.

Spopyyou does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

8.4 Billing

Paid memberships, subscriptions and digital services are billed according to the pricing and billing interval displayed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

initial subscription periods are billed in advance;

recurring memberships renew automatically according to the selected membership conditions;

applicable taxes are added where required;

invoices or payment confirmations may be provided electronically.

Users authorize Spopyyou and the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for all authorized recurring charges.

8.5 Merchant Descriptor

Payments may appear on bank or credit card statements using a merchant descriptor selected by the applicable payment provider.

The descriptor may differ depending on:

Stripe;

CCBill;

merchant account;

payment processor;

local acquiring bank.

Users acknowledge that payment descriptions are determined partly by the payment provider and acquiring bank.

Where possible, Spopyyou will use a clear and commercially reasonable descriptor.

For certain recurring services processed by CCBill, a discreet merchant descriptor may be used where permitted by applicable law and card-network requirements.

8.6 Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law.

Business customers may be responsible for providing valid VAT information before purchase.

Users remain responsible for:

local taxes;

withholding taxes;

customs duties;

reporting obligations;

any taxes arising under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

8.7 Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Payments may be processed in:

EUR;

USD;

GBP;

or other supported currencies.

If a payment is converted by the user's bank or card issuer:

exchange rates;

conversion fees;

international transaction fees;

are determined solely by the payment provider or financial institution.

8.8 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be completed, Spopyyou may:

retry the payment;

request an updated payment method;

temporarily restrict Premium features;

suspend recurring services;

downgrade the account after the applicable grace period;

suspend payouts where applicable.

Users remain responsible for outstanding payment obligations.

Repeated payment failures may result in termination of paid services.

8.9 Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

Before requesting a chargeback through a bank or payment provider, users are encouraged to contact Spopyyou's customer support.

If a chargeback is initiated:

Spopyyou may:

temporarily suspend the account;

suspend memberships;

suspend Creator payouts;

suspend Coins;

suspend event access;

investigate the transaction;

recover outstanding amounts where legally permitted.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

Nothing in this section limits the user's statutory right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

8.10 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by:

applicable consumer protection laws;

these Terms;

the Refund Policy;

the specific product purchased;

the applicable payment provider.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable once digital services have been delivered or access has begun.

Certain products may have separate refund rules, including:

memberships;

event tickets;

Creator subscriptions;

PPV purchases;

Coins;

promotional offers.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal or remedies for non-conforming digital services.

9. Coins

Spopyyou may provide users with virtual digital credits known as Coins.

Coins are an optional virtual in-platform currency that may be used to purchase eligible digital products, services, memberships, subscriptions, premium features and other digital offerings made available through the Platform.

Coins are designed exclusively for use within the Spopyyou ecosystem and may only be used for purposes expressly authorized by Spopyyou.

The availability of Coins, supported transactions and eligible services may change as the Platform evolves.

Nothing in these Terms obligates Spopyyou to maintain any specific Coin functionality permanently.

9.1 Purpose of Coins

Coins are intended to simplify purchases and interactions within the Platform.

Depending on the current version of Spopyyou, Coins may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

Creator subscriptions;

Pay-Per-View (PPV) content;

digital gifts;

Creator tips;

premium messaging;

exclusive content;

premium features;

virtual products;

digital services;

event-related services;

marketplace services;

future Platform features made available by Spopyyou.

The exact services that may be purchased using Coins will be displayed within the Platform.

Spopyyou may introduce additional Coin-based services at any time.

9.2 Nature of Coins

Coins are virtual platform credits only.

Coins are not:

legal tender;

electronic money;

bank deposits;

cryptocurrencies;

securities;

investment products;

financial instruments;

payment accounts;

stored-value accounts;

prepaid debit cards.

Ownership of Coins does not create any ownership interest in sebavision OÜ, Spopyyou or any third party.

Coins merely represent a contractual right to obtain eligible digital services offered through the Platform, subject to these Terms.

9.3 Account-Based Credits

Coins are linked exclusively to the user's Spopyyou account.

Coins:

cannot exist independently of a valid account;

are personal to the registered account holder;

cannot normally be transferred between users;

cannot be pledged, assigned or inherited except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account.

Loss of account access due to the user's own negligence does not automatically create a right to replacement Coins.

9.4 Availability of Coin Services

Not every Platform feature accepts Coins.

The availability of Coin payments depends on:

the type of service;

the user's country;

applicable laws;

payment provider requirements;

Creator participation;

technical availability;

verification status;

membership level.

Spopyyou may add, remove or modify Coin-supported services where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security or commercial reasons.

Material changes affecting purchased Coin functionality will be implemented in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9.5 Relationship to Memberships

Coins are separate from Free, Premium, Premium+, Enterprise and other membership plans.

Purchasing Coins does not:

create a membership;

extend an existing membership;

automatically unlock Premium features;

guarantee access to restricted services.

Likewise, purchasing a membership does not automatically include Coins unless expressly stated during checkout or as part of a promotional offer.

Memberships and Coin balances are administered independently.

9.6 No Banking Relationship

The purchase or possession of Coins does not establish:

a banking relationship;

a payment account;

a deposit relationship;

an escrow relationship;

a fiduciary relationship.

Spopyyou does not hold Coins on behalf of users as a regulated financial institution.

Coins exist solely as contractual digital platform credits within the Spopyyou ecosystem.

9.7 Changes to the Coin System

To improve the Platform or comply with legal, technical or operational requirements, Spopyyou may reasonably modify the Coin system.

Such modifications may include:

introducing additional Coin features;

changing available Coin packages;

introducing new Coin-supported services;

adjusting purchase limits;

improving fraud prevention;

modifying technical implementation.

Spopyyou will not arbitrarily remove purchased Coin balances.

Where a planned modification materially affects the use of purchased Coins, users will be informed in advance where required by applicable law.

10. Creator Services

Spopyou may enable eligible users to register and operate as Creators and to offer, publish and monetize permitted digital content and services through the Platform.

Creator Services may include:

Creator profiles;

recurring Creator subscriptions;

Pay-Per-View content;

paid posts, images, videos, audio files and other digital content;

voluntary tips;

premium or exclusive messaging;

paid digital interactions;

paid Creator events;

other Creator tools introduced by Spopyou.

The availability of Creator Services may depend on the Creator’s:

age and legal capacity;

country of residence;

membership plan;

identity-verification status;

payment-provider eligibility;

account standing;

content category;

acceptance of the Creator Terms;

compliance with applicable law and Platform policies.

Spopyou does not guarantee that every user will be accepted as a Creator or that all Creator functions will be available in every country.

10.1 Creator eligibility

To activate Creator monetization, a user must:

be at least 18 years old;

have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;

maintain an active and eligible Spopyou account;

provide accurate and complete information;

complete all required identity and age-verification procedures;

provide valid tax and payout information where requested;

comply with these Terms, the Creator Terms and Community Guidelines;

comply with applicable laws and payment-provider rules;

maintain the account in good standing.

Spopyou may require information including:

legal name;

date of birth;

residential address;

government-issued identification;

facial or liveness verification;

tax-identification details;

business-registration information;

beneficial-ownership information;

bank or payout-account details;

evidence relating to persons depicted in Creator Content;

additional information required by law or a payment provider.

Creator functions may be refused, restricted or suspended where these requirements are not met.

10.2 Independent status of Creators

Creators act independently and are not employees, representatives, agents, partners or franchisees of sebavision OÜ.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

an employment relationship;

a commercial agency;

a partnership;

a joint venture;

a fiduciary relationship;

authority for a Creator to bind Spopyou.

Subject to Platform rules, Creators decide:

whether to publish content;

what permitted content to publish;

whether to offer subscriptions or PPV;

the permitted price of their services;

how frequently they publish;

whether they participate in eligible Creator functions.

Creators are responsible for obtaining any licences, registrations, insurance, qualifications or permits required for their activities.

10.3 Creator subscriptions

Eligible Creators may offer recurring subscriptions that provide subscribers with access to specified digital content or benefits.

Before purchasing a Creator subscription, the user should be shown:

the Creator’s identity or profile name;

the subscription price;

applicable taxes;

the billing currency;

the billing period;

whether the subscription renews automatically;

the material included benefits;

the available cancellation method;

material restrictions or conditions.

Unless stated otherwise before purchase, Creator subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until cancelled.

A Creator subscription grants access only to the content and benefits described on the Platform.

A subscription does not automatically guarantee:

a particular number of posts;

a specific publication schedule;

individual or personal communication;

responses to messages;

access to every past or future item of content;

an offline meeting;

personal, intimate or professional services.

Creators must describe subscription benefits accurately and must not advertise content or services they do not reasonably intend or are unable to provide.

10.3.1 Changes to subscriptions

A Creator may change future subscription offers, including:

the price;

the included content;

the publication frequency;

the structure of the subscription.

A price change does not apply retroactively to a billing period that has already been paid.

Where required, subscribers will be informed in advance and given an opportunity to cancel before a material change or increased price takes effect.

10.3.2 Cancellation of Creator subscriptions

Subscribers may cancel through the function provided by Spopyyou or the applicable payment provider.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

cancellation prevents future renewals;

access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period;

no further recurring payment is charged after cancellation becomes effective;

cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a period already started.

10.4 Pay-Per-View content

Creators may offer individual digital content items as Pay-Per-View content, referred to as PPV.

PPV may include permitted:

images;

videos;

audio recordings;

written content;

locked messages;

digital files;

bundles or collections;

other approved digital content.

Before completing a PPV purchase, the user should be shown:

the Creator providing the content;

the price;

applicable taxes;

a non-misleading general description;

whether access is temporary or continuing;

material technical or territorial limitations.

A PPV purchase grants the purchaser a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to access the identified content through Spopyou.

It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Users must not:

copy or record PPV content;

take or distribute unauthorized screenshots;

republish or redistribute it;

resell it;

share account access;

remove watermarks;

use the content commercially;

make it available outside Spopyou.

10.5 Tips

Users may voluntarily send tips to eligible Creators.

Unless a particular service is expressly offered before payment, a tip:

is voluntary;

does not purchase a product or subscription;

does not require the Creator to provide content;

does not require a response;

does not create a right to a meeting;

does not create an entitlement to additional services.

Tips must not be used:

as concealed payment for prohibited activities;

to arrange illegal services;

to circumvent Platform fees;

to facilitate money laundering;

to solicit prostitution, escort services or other prohibited transactions;

to transfer funds fraudulently between accounts.

Tips are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, except where:

the transaction was unauthorized;

a duplicate transaction occurred;

a technical error occurred;

mandatory law requires reimbursement;

Spopyyou or the payment provider approves a refund.

10.6 Paid Creator Content

Creators may publish and monetize content only where the content is permitted under:

applicable law;

these Terms;

the Creator Terms;

the Community Guidelines;

the Acceptable Use Policy;

the Restricted Content Policy;

payment-provider rules.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all paid content:

is lawful;

is accurately described;

is owned or properly licensed by the Creator;

does not infringe third-party rights;

contains no minors;

contains no non-consensual material;

complies with age and identity-verification requirements;

complies with applicable record-keeping obligations;

contains no fraud, malware or deceptive information.

The existence of a paywall, private message or restricted area does not exempt content from Platform rules.

10.7 Content involving other persons

Where Creator Content includes another identifiable person, the Creator must ensure that:

every person depicted is at least 18 years old;

their identity and age have been verified where required;

they knowingly and voluntarily consented to the creation and distribution of the content;

the content remains within the scope of the consent given;

the Creator retains legally adequate records of age, identity and consent;

consent was not obtained through force, coercion, exploitation or deception.

Spopyou may request supporting evidence before or after publication.

Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in:

immediate content removal;

suspension of monetization;

withholding of payouts;

suspension of Creator status;

termination of the account;

reporting to the competent authorities where required.

10.8 Ownership and licence

Creators retain the intellectual-property rights they lawfully own in their Creator Content.

By uploading or publishing content, the Creator grants sebavision OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable licence to:

host and store the content;

technically reproduce it;

encode, compress and format it;

display and transmit it through the Platform;

create thumbnails and previews;

add watermarks and security markers;

moderate and review it;

make it accessible to authorized purchasers or subscribers;

promote it within Spopyou, subject to the Creator’s applicable settings.

The licence applies for as long as reasonably required to provide the service and for any additional period necessary for fraud prevention, evidence preservation, dispute handling or legal compliance.

Spopyou does not acquire ownership merely because content is uploaded.

10.9 Creator pricing

Creators may set prices only within the limits and currencies offered by Spopyou.

Spopyou may establish:

minimum and maximum prices;

permitted pricing increments;

supported currencies;

subscription periods;

transaction limits;

permitted discount mechanisms;

promotional tools.

The final amount displayed to the customer may include:

the Creator’s selected price;

the Spopyou Platform share;

payment-processing fees;

applicable VAT or taxes;

mandatory third-party charges.

The total amount payable must be displayed before the customer confirms the purchase.

10.10 Revenue share

The intended standard revenue shares are:

Premium Creator

Creator contractual share: 80%

Spopyou contractual share: 20%

Premium+ Creator Pro

Creator contractual share: 85%

Spopyou contractual share: 15%

The relevant split may apply to eligible:

Creator subscriptions;

PPV purchases;

tips;

paid digital content;

premium Creator interactions;

eligible paid Creator events.

The applicable revenue share will be displayed before Creator monetization is activated.

Spopyou does not guarantee that the percentage will be calculated from the full gross consumer payment where that payment includes taxes, payment-provider costs or legally required deductions.

10.11 Calculation of Creator earnings

Unless expressly stated otherwise before the transaction, Creator earnings are calculated using the following general process:

The customer’s gross payment is recorded.

VAT and other mandatory taxes are separated or deducted where applicable.

The contractual Spopyou and Creator shares are calculated.

Payment-processing and payout costs are deducted from the Creator’s contractual share.

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals and legally required deductions are applied.

The remaining amount is credited as the Creator’s pending or available balance.

Payment-processing and payout fees are therefore normally borne by the Creator and deducted from the Creator’s 80% or 85% contractual share.

No fee charged directly by Spopyou will be deducted unless it has been disclosed.

Where technically available, the Creator dashboard should separately show:

gross customer payment;

applicable VAT or taxes;

Creator contractual share;

Spopyou Platform share;

payment-processing fees;

payout fees;

refunds;

chargebacks;

pending balance;

available balance;

amount paid.

10.12 No guaranteed Creator income

Spopyou does not guarantee:

minimum earnings;

subscribers;

PPV sales;

tips;

visibility;

profile traffic;

commercial success;

a specific payout amount.

Creator performance depends on factors outside Spopyou’s control, including audience interest, pricing, content quality, activity, competition, payment success, refunds and chargebacks.

Statistics and forecasts shown on the Platform are informational only.

10.13 Pending balances and settlement period

Creator revenue may initially be recorded as pending.

A standard security and settlement period of approximately three to seven days applies after the relevant transaction or eligible service has been successfully completed.

The exact duration may depend on:

payment settlement;

fraud screening;

payment method;

transaction category;

content delivery;

event completion;

payment-provider requirements;

refund or chargeback risk.

A pending balance is not yet available for payout.

Spopyou may extend the period for a specific transaction where:

payment has not settled;

fraud is reasonably suspected;

a dispute or chargeback has been opened;

compliance information is missing;

the transaction is being investigated;

the payment provider has delayed or withheld settlement.

Spopyou does not apply a longer general reserve solely because a Creator is new.

New and established Creators are subject to the same standard three-to-seven-day period unless an identifiable individual risk justifies a longer review.

10.14 Minimum payout threshold

Spopyou may establish a minimum payout threshold.

The threshold is not permanently fixed and may depend on:

country;

payout method;

payout currency;

payment-provider requirements;

banking costs;

operational requirements;

applicable law.

The threshold currently applicable to a Creator will be displayed in the Creator dashboard before a payout request is submitted.

If the available balance is below the threshold:

the balance remains credited;

it carries forward;

it does not expire solely because the threshold has not been reached;

no payout is initiated until the threshold is met.

Spopyou may adjust the threshold prospectively for legitimate reasons. Any material change will be communicated appropriately.

10.15 Payout frequency

The ordinary payout frequency depends on the Creator’s active membership.

Premium Creator

Eligible Premium Creators are normally paid every two weeks.

Premium+ Creator Pro

Eligible Premium+ Creator Pro members are normally paid weekly.

A payout is initiated only where:

the applicable threshold has been reached;

the settlement period has ended;

KYC has been approved;

valid payout details are available;

the account remains eligible and in good standing;

no unresolved fraud, refund, chargeback or compliance matter prevents payment.

The stated frequency is the schedule on which Spopyyou initiates eligible payouts. It is not a guarantee that funds will arrive on the same day.

Actual receipt may be delayed by:

weekends or public holidays;

banking processing;

the payout provider;

incorrect information;

currency conversion;

compliance checks;

technical interruptions.

10.16 Payout conditions

Creator payouts are available only when all requirements are met, including:

successful formal KYC verification;

valid Creator status;

any required active membership;

valid payout information;

satisfaction of the applicable threshold;

completion of the settlement period;

no unresolved negative balance;

compliance with tax-information requirements;

compliance with these Terms and Creator Terms.

At launch, Spopyyou may process payouts manually.

A Creator dashboard may display statuses such as:

pending;

available;

requested;

under review;

approved;

processing;

paid;

failed;

reversed;

suspended.

A displayed balance does not create an unconditional right to immediate payment while legal, compliance, payment or security checks remain outstanding.

10.17 KYC requirement

Formal identity verification is mandatory before any Creator payout may be released.

Verification may be performed through Veriff or another provider designated by Spopyou.

Creators may be required to provide:

legal name;

date of birth;

residential address;

official identification;

facial or liveness verification;

business-registration information;

tax information;

beneficial-ownership information;

bank-account or payout-account verification.

A Founder Verified or Spopyou Verified badge does not replace formal KYC.

Only a verification status accepted for payout purposes permits withdrawal.

Spopyou may require renewed verification where:

identification expires;

payout details change;

ownership is disputed;

suspicious activity is identified;

law or payment-provider requirements change.

10.18 Payment processing through CCBill

CCBill may be used to process eligible customer payments for:

Creator subscriptions;

PPV;

tips;

premium digital content;

restricted or Adult Creator transactions;

other approved Creator services.

CCBill processes the payment between the customer and Spopyou but does not automatically distribute the individual Creator’s revenue share.

CCBill states that Creator platforms can connect the payout system of their choice to CCBill’s payment platform.

Accordingly:

CCBill may collect and settle the customer payment to sebavision OÜ;

Spopyou calculates the Creator share;

Spopyou pays eligible Creators through a separate supported payout method.

10.19 Creator payout methods

At launch, Creator payouts may be processed manually through a method designated by Spopyou, such as:

SEPA or bank transfer;

an Adult-compatible payout service;

another legally permitted payout provider.

Available methods may depend on:

the Creator’s country;

payout currency;

KYC result;

banking availability;

sanctions and compliance rules;

Adult-industry restrictions;

provider fees.

The applicable method and disclosed fees will be shown before payment is requested or processed.

Spopyou may add, replace or remove payout methods for legitimate legal, technical, compliance or commercial reasons.

10.20 Payout information

Creators must provide complete and accurate payout information.

The payout account should generally:

be held in the Creator’s legal or registered business name;

correspond with KYC records;

support the payment currency;

be located in a supported jurisdiction.

Spopyou may reject or review payout instructions involving:

unrelated third parties;

inconsistent account-holder information;

unsupported jurisdictions;

sanctioned persons or territories;

suspicious payment arrangements;

unverifiable accounts.

10.21 Creator taxes

Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax, business-registration, invoicing and reporting obligations.

These may include:

income tax;

corporate tax;

VAT;

social-security contributions;

business registration;

invoice requirements;

record keeping.

Spopyou may collect, retain, withhold or report information and amounts where legally required.

Nothing provided by Spopyou constitutes individual tax advice.

10.22 Refund deductions

Where a customer receives a refund for a Creator transaction, the corresponding Creator amount may be:

cancelled before release;

deducted from the pending balance;

deducted from the available balance;

offset against future earnings;

recovered where legally permitted.

Refunds may arise from:

duplicate payments;

technical failures;

non-delivery;

removal of paid content;

statutory consumer rights;

unauthorized transactions;

Creator cancellation;

the Refund Policy;

payment-provider decisions.

10.23 Chargeback deductions

Where a customer disputes a Creator transaction through a bank, card issuer or payment provider, Spopyou may deduct:

the Creator share attributable to the disputed transaction;

the disputed transaction amount where previously credited;

payment-provider chargeback fees;

card-network fees;

payout-reversal fees;

direct processing costs;

unrecoverable taxes;

other disclosed and legally permissible costs.

Deductions may be made from:

pending balances;

available balances;

future Creator earnings;

other amounts payable to the Creator.

If a deduction creates a negative balance:

future earnings may first be used to clear it;

payout access may be suspended;

Spopyou may request repayment where legally permissible.

Losses caused solely by an error for which Spopyou is legally responsible will not be shifted to the Creator.

10.24 Cooperation in payment disputes

Creators must reasonably cooperate with Spopyou in defending valid transactions.

Spopyou may request:

content-delivery records;

subscription-access records;

timestamps;

transaction information;

relevant communications;

evidence that a service was provided.

Creators must not:

fabricate or alter evidence;

harass a disputing user;

retaliate against a user;

pressure a user to withdraw a legitimate dispute.

10.25 Financial withholding in individual risk cases

Spopyou may temporarily withhold funds where reasonably necessary because of:

suspected fraud;

excessive chargebacks;

unusual transaction activity;

content-legality concerns;

missing consent records;

account compromise;

legal claims;

payment-provider withholding;

incomplete KYC or payout information.

Any Spopyou-imposed withholding should be proportionate and reviewed periodically.

This section does not create a standard extended reserve for all new Creators.

10.26 Creator suspension

Spopyou may suspend Creator or monetization functions while investigating:

illegal content;

suspected involvement of minors;

non-consensual content;

intellectual-property violations;

identity inconsistencies;

fraud;

abnormal chargeback levels;

payment circumvention;

revenue manipulation;

serious policy violations.

Possible measures include:

disabling uploads;

disabling subscriptions or PPV;

suspending tips;

pausing payouts;

restricting or removing content;

suspending Creator status.

Where applicable, online platforms must provide transparency around qualifying restriction decisions and access to appropriate complaint mechanisms.

10.27 Termination of Creator status

Creator status may be terminated where:

the Creator requests termination;

eligibility requirements are no longer met;

KYC fails or expires;

required documents are not provided;

payment-provider approval is withdrawn;

the Creator seriously or repeatedly violates Platform rules;

fraudulent, illegal or non-consensual activity occurs;

continuing the activity creates a material legal or financial risk.

Termination of Creator status does not necessarily terminate the underlying personal account unless the circumstances justify full account termination.

After termination:

monetization may stop;

new purchases may be disabled;

existing subscriber access may be ended or managed;

lawful deductions may be applied;

funds may remain pending during an applicable risk period;

any remaining eligible balance may be paid when all conditions are satisfied.

Creators acting commercially may also qualify as Business Users, for whom EU rules impose transparency requirements concerning platform restrictions, termination and changes to terms where those rules apply.

10.28 No off-platform circumvention

Creators must not use Spopyou primarily to redirect users to unauthorized external payment systems in order to avoid:

Platform fees;

payment-provider rules;

KYC requirements;

content controls;

transaction records;

consumer protections.

Prohibited conduct may include:

requesting direct payment for services offered through Spopyou;

sending unauthorized payment links;

disguising contact or payment details;

using tips as concealed payment for prohibited services;

encouraging users to cancel and repurchase outside the Platform.

10.29 Creator dashboard and records

Spopyou may provide Creators with information including:

gross revenue;

subscriptions;

PPV sales;

tips;

Creator share;

Platform share;

payment-provider fees;

payout fees;

refunds;

chargebacks;

pending balance;

available balance;

payout history.

Dashboard figures may remain provisional until transactions are fully settled.

Creators should report suspected calculation errors within a reasonable period after discovery.

10.30 Complaints and appeals

Creators may contact Spopyou regarding:

payout calculations;

deductions;

content restrictions;

suspensions;

termination;

subscriptions;

technical errors.

An appeal should identify:

the Creator account;

the relevant transaction, content or decision;

the reason for the objection;

available supporting evidence.

Spopyou will review qualifying complaints in a timely, diligent, non-discriminatory and non-arbitrary manner, as required where the Digital Services Act complaint rules apply.

10.31 Changes to Creator Services

Spopyou may change Creator tools, payout procedures, eligibility criteria, fees or supported payment providers for legitimate reasons, including:

legal or regulatory changes;

payment-provider requirements;

fraud prevention;

tax requirements;

technical development;

operational costs;

expansion or restructuring of Creator Services.

Material changes will be communicated in advance where required.

Completed transactions will not be retroactively changed except where necessary to:

correct an error;

implement a refund;

process a chargeback;

comply with law;

respond to fraud.

10.32 Priority of Creator Terms

Additional Creator Terms, Restricted Content rules or payment-provider requirements may apply.

Where specific Creator Terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific Creator Terms take precedence in relation to Creator Services, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Premium Creators receive an 80% contractual revenue share and are normally paid every two weeks. Premium+ Creator Pro members receive an 85% contractual revenue share and are normally paid weekly. Payment-processing and payout fees are deducted from the Creator’s contractual share. Creator revenue is generally subject to a three-to-seven-day settlement period, and no longer standard reserve applies solely because a Creator is new. Formal KYC and satisfaction of the currently applicable payout threshold are required before payout. CCBill may process eligible customer payments, particularly Adult or restricted Creator transactions, but Creator payouts are made separately by Spopyou through a supported payout method.

11. Events

Spopyyou enables eligible users and approved Hosts to create, publish, manage and participate in events through the Platform.

Events are intended to facilitate real-life social interactions, community activities, networking opportunities, entertainment, educational activities and other lawful gatherings.

Events may be organized by:

private users;

approved Hosts;

business users;

organizations;

clubs;

venues;

commercial event organizers;

other eligible users approved by Spopyyou.

Spopyyou provides the technical platform for publishing and managing events but is not the organizer, promoter, operator or contractual provider of an event unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Host remains solely responsible for organizing and conducting the event.

11.1 Types of Events

Depending on the Platform configuration, events may include:

Public Events;

Private Events;

Restricted Events;

Premium Events;

Ticketed Events;

Invitation-only Events;

Creator Events;

Community Events;

Business Events;

other event formats introduced by Spopyyou.

Each event will display the applicable participation conditions before registration or ticket purchase.

11.2 Public Events

Public Events are generally visible to eligible users of the Platform.

Depending on the Host's settings, users may:

request participation;

join immediately;

purchase tickets;

join a waiting list;

receive invitations.

Participation remains subject to:

event capacity;

eligibility requirements;

applicable verification requirements;

Host approval where applicable;

compliance with these Terms.

Public visibility does not guarantee acceptance.

11.3 Private Events

Private Events are accessible only to users invited or approved by the Host.

Private Events may require:

an invitation;

manual approval;

a private invitation link;

a QR invitation;

a Founder invitation;

other invitation methods provided by Spopyyou.

Hosts may withdraw invitations before the event begins.

Users have no contractual right to receive or retain an invitation.

11.4 Restricted Events

Certain events may be designated as Restricted Events.

Restrictions may be based on:

minimum age;

identity verification;

membership plan;

Founder status;

Creator status;

Premium membership;

Premium+ membership;

gender preferences where permitted by law;

language;

event capacity;

invitation status;

other lawful participation criteria.

Hosts remain responsible for ensuring that participation criteria comply with applicable anti-discrimination laws.

Spopyyou may refuse event publication where restrictions violate applicable law or Platform policies.

11.5 Event Registration

Users may register for eligible events through the Platform.

Registration does not automatically guarantee participation.

Participation may require:

Host approval;

ticket purchase;

identity verification;

payment confirmation;

QR Check-in;

age verification;

acceptance of additional event rules.

The Host may establish participant limits and waiting lists.

11.6 Ticket Purchases

Certain events may require the purchase of a ticket.

Before completing a purchase, the Platform will display:

ticket price;

applicable taxes;

currency;

event date;

event location;

Host identity;

refund conditions;

cancellation policy;

participation requirements.

A completed ticket purchase grants only the right to participate in the specific event, subject to these Terms and the Host's published event conditions.

Tickets may not include:

travel;

accommodation;

food;

beverages;

parking;

insurance;

additional services,

unless expressly stated.

11.7 QR Check-in

Spopyyou may use QR codes or similar digital verification methods for event check-in.

QR Check-in may be used to:

verify ticket validity;

confirm attendance;

prevent duplicate entry;

activate XP rewards;

verify identity where required;

validate Founder or Premium access;

improve event security.

Users must not:

copy QR codes;

share QR codes;

manipulate QR codes;

use another person's QR code;

bypass check-in procedures.

Hosts may deny entry where verification fails.

11.8 Event Cancellation by the Host

Hosts remain responsible for their events.

A Host may cancel an event where reasonably necessary, including:

insufficient attendance;

illness;

force majeure;

venue problems;

safety concerns;

legal restrictions;

technical issues.

Where reasonably possible, participants should be informed without undue delay.

Where paid tickets are affected, refunds will be handled in accordance with:

applicable law;

the Refund Policy;

payment-provider rules;

any additional event conditions.

11.9 Event Cancellation by Participants

Participants may cancel their attendance at any time before the event.

Unless otherwise stated before purchase:

cancelling attendance does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund;

paid ticket refunds depend on the applicable refund policy;

free event registrations may simply be cancelled.

Repeated failure to attend registered events without cancellation may negatively affect:

Host reputation;

event reliability indicators;

future event approvals;

community trust features.

Spopyyou may introduce reasonable no-show policies in the future.

11.10 Host Responsibilities

Each Host is solely responsible for:

organizing the event;

selecting the venue;

complying with applicable laws;

obtaining required permits;

ensuring participant safety;

complying with fire and occupancy regulations;

providing accurate event information;

respecting applicable age restrictions;

complying with tax obligations;

maintaining required insurance where applicable.

Hosts remain responsible for their own staff, contractors, volunteers and third-party service providers.

Spopyyou is not responsible for the Host's operational decisions.

11.11 Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

behave respectfully;

comply with applicable laws;

follow Host instructions;

respect other participants;

avoid harassment;

avoid violence;

avoid discrimination;

avoid illegal substances where prohibited;

avoid bringing prohibited items;

respect venue rules.

Participants may be removed from an event where their behaviour presents a safety risk or materially violates these Terms.

Removal from an event does not automatically create a right to a refund.

11.12 No Guarantee of Attendance

Registration, ticket purchase, invitation or placement on a waiting list does not guarantee actual attendance.

Attendance may become impossible due to circumstances including:

event cancellation;

venue restrictions;

force majeure;

safety concerns;

technical problems;

overcapacity;

identity verification failure;

refusal of entry due to policy violations;

legal restrictions.

Spopyyou does not guarantee that any scheduled event will ultimately take place.

11.13 Event Modifications

Hosts may reasonably modify:

event schedule;

start time;

end time;

venue;

speakers;

entertainment;

activities;

participant limits.

Material changes affecting ticket holders should be communicated without undue delay.

Where applicable consumer law requires cancellation rights because of material changes, such rights remain unaffected.

11.14 Force Majeure

Neither Spopyyou nor the Host shall be liable for delays, interruptions or cancellations resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including:

natural disasters;

severe weather;

pandemics;

governmental restrictions;

terrorism;

war;

strikes;

power outages;

internet failures;

venue closures;

public safety measures;

other force majeure events.

Each party shall take reasonable steps to minimize the effects of such events.

11.15 Liability for Events

Unless Spopyyou is expressly identified as the organizer, Spopyyou acts solely as the operator of the Platform.

The contractual relationship relating to the organization and conduct of an event exists between:

the Host; and

the participant.

Spopyyou is not responsible for:

the quality of an event;

venue conditions;

participant conduct;

injuries caused by the Host or participants;

transportation;

accommodation;

food or beverages;

promises made by Hosts outside the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11.16 Event Reviews

Following an event, participants and Hosts may be invited to submit ratings, reviews or feedback.

Reviews must:

be truthful;

relate to the actual event;

avoid abusive language;

avoid false statements;

avoid personal attacks;

comply with the Community Guidelines.

Spopyyou may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

11.17 Event Media

Photos, videos and recordings may be created during events by:

Hosts;

authorized photographers;

participants;

Spopyyou where applicable.

Participants remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, image-rights and data-protection laws.

Where required by law, appropriate consent must be obtained before publishing identifiable images or recordings.

11.18 Event XP and Rewards

Spopyyou may award:

badges;

achievements;

Founder rewards;

Coins;

promotional rewards;

loyalty benefits

for eligible event participation.

No user has a guaranteed right to receive any particular reward.

Spopyyou may verify attendance through QR Check-in, GPS confirmation, manual verification or other fraud-prevention measures before awarding benefits.

11.19 Fraud and Abuse

Users and Hosts must not:

create fake events;

manipulate attendance;

misuse QR codes;

resell tickets without authorization;

falsify participant numbers;

create duplicate registrations;

manipulate XP or Coin rewards;

use bots or automated registrations;

circumvent payment systems.

Spopyyou may investigate suspected abuse and may:

remove events;

cancel tickets;

suspend Hosts;

suspend participant accounts;

revoke rewards;

terminate accounts;

report unlawful conduct where appropriate.

12. Hosts & Venues

Spopyyou enables eligible users, businesses and organizations to organize, publish and manage events through the Platform.

Hosts may organize private, public, restricted, commercial or community events using the tools provided by Spopyyou.

Venues may be claimed, managed and represented by eligible users or authorized business representatives.

Hosting functions are intended to facilitate event organization and venue management but do not create an employment, agency, franchise or partnership relationship with sebavision OÜ.

Spopyyou reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or revoke Host and Venue privileges where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, safety or compliance reasons.

12.1 Becoming a Host

Eligible users may apply to become a Host through the Platform.

To qualify as a Host, a user may be required to:

be at least 18 years old;

have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

maintain an active Spopyyou account;

provide accurate profile information;

complete any required email or identity verification;

comply with these Terms and the Community Guidelines;

maintain the account in good standing.

Spopyyou may require additional verification or documentation depending on:

event size;

event category;

ticket sales;

commercial activity;

local legal requirements;

payment-provider requirements.

Approval as a Host is at Spopyyou’s reasonable discretion.

Host status may be reviewed periodically and may be suspended or revoked where eligibility requirements are no longer met.

12.2 Host Responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for the events they organize.

Hosts agree to:

provide accurate event information;

use lawful venues;

obtain all necessary permits and licenses;

comply with applicable health and safety regulations;

comply with occupancy limits and fire regulations;

comply with tax obligations;

respect applicable anti-discrimination laws;

communicate material event changes promptly;

maintain appropriate insurance where required.

Hosts remain responsible for the conduct of:

employees;

volunteers;

contractors;

co-hosts;

third-party service providers engaged by the Host.

Spopyyou is not responsible for the operational management of Host-organized events.

12.3 Claiming a Venue

Spopyyou may allow eligible users or businesses to claim ownership or management rights for a Venue profile.

To claim a Venue, the applicant may be required to provide evidence demonstrating authorization to represent the venue.

Such evidence may include:

business registration;

ownership documentation;

lease agreements;

written authorization from the owner;

official company email verification;

other reasonable documentation.

Spopyyou may verify submitted information before approving a Venue claim.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

12.4 Venue Management

Approved Venue Managers may be permitted to:

edit venue information;

upload photos;

update opening hours;

publish venue descriptions;

define venue amenities;

manage venue visibility;

receive booking requests where supported;

designate additional authorized managers;

manage venue-related events.

Venue Managers are responsible for ensuring that all published information remains accurate and up to date.

Spopyyou may remove or correct misleading or inaccurate venue information.

12.5 Enterprise Hosting

Enterprise Hosting is intended for professional Hosts, businesses, clubs, venues and organizations requiring advanced operational tools.

Enterprise Hosting may provide access to features including:

advanced event management;

recurring events;

multiple organizers;

co-host management;

venue administration;

advanced participant management;

analytics and reporting;

ticket management;

QR Check-in administration;

custom branding;

priority support;

future Enterprise features introduced by Spopyyou.

Enterprise Hosting is available only to eligible users who maintain the required active membership or subscription specified by Spopyyou.

Availability may vary depending on country, legal requirements and payment-provider restrictions.

12.6 Commercial Hosting

Hosts organizing commercial events agree to comply with all applicable commercial, tax and consumer-protection laws.

Commercial Hosts are responsible for:

issuing invoices where legally required;

obtaining business registrations;

paying applicable taxes;

complying with local event regulations;

obtaining insurance where appropriate;

complying with employment regulations;

obtaining music or performance licenses where required;

complying with alcohol, food and safety regulations.

Spopyyou does not provide legal, tax or licensing advice.

Commercial Hosts remain solely responsible for determining which legal obligations apply to their business.

12.7 Additional Agreements

Certain Host or Venue activities may require additional agreements before access is granted.

Additional agreements may include:

Enterprise Terms;

Venue Partnership Agreements;

Commercial Host Agreements;

Sponsorship Agreements;

Advertising Agreements;

Revenue-sharing agreements;

Ticketing agreements;

Payment-provider agreements;

Custom enterprise contracts.

Where an additional written agreement exists between sebavision OÜ and the Host or Venue operator, that agreement will prevail over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12.8 Host Verification

Spopyyou may introduce one or more Host verification levels.

Verification may include:

email verification;

identity verification;

business verification;

venue verification;

telephone verification;

manual review.

Host verification is intended to increase trust within the Platform but does not constitute a guarantee of reliability, financial stability or legal compliance.

Spopyyou may revoke verification where:

inaccurate information was provided;

fraud is detected;

authorization expires;

the Host violates these Terms.

12.9 Venue Verification

Venue profiles may also be verified.

Verification may indicate that Spopyyou has reviewed certain information relating to the venue or its authorized representative.

Venue verification does not constitute:

endorsement;

certification;

safety approval;

quality guarantee;

legal approval.

Users remain responsible for evaluating whether a venue is suitable for their needs.

12.10 Host Suspension and Termination

Spopyyou may suspend or terminate Host or Venue privileges where reasonably necessary, including where:

false information was provided;

required documentation is missing;

fraud is suspected;

repeated event cancellations occur without reasonable cause;

excessive complaints are received;

payment obligations are not fulfilled;

applicable laws are violated;

these Terms are materially breached;

continued hosting would create significant legal, financial or reputational risk.

Depending on the circumstances, Spopyyou may:

suspend new event creation;

remove published events;

disable ticket sales;

suspend payouts;

suspend Enterprise features;

revoke Venue management rights;

terminate Host status.

Where required by applicable law, affected Hosts will be informed of the reasons for the restriction and, where appropriate, given an opportunity to respond or appeal.

12.11 No Guarantee of Commercial Success

Spopyyou provides the technical infrastructure for event organization but does not guarantee:

ticket sales;

event attendance;

profitability;

sponsorship opportunities;

media exposure;

business growth;

customer acquisition;

revenue.

The success of a Host or Venue depends on many factors outside Spopyyou's control, including pricing, location, marketing, event quality, participant interest and local market conditions.

13. User Content

Users may create, upload, publish, submit, transmit or otherwise make available content through the Platform.

User Content may include, but is not limited to:

profile information;

profile photos;

videos;

audio recordings;

text;

comments;

messages;

event descriptions;

reviews;

Creator Content;

live streams;

stories;

posts;

digital files;

other content supported by the Platform.

Users remain solely responsible for all User Content they create, upload or publish.

Spopyyou does not claim ownership of User Content solely because it is uploaded to the Platform.

13.1 Ownership

Except where otherwise provided by law or written agreement, users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights they lawfully hold in their User Content.

The user represents and warrants that:

they own the content; or

they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions and consents to upload, publish and distribute the content through Spopyyou.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe:

copyrights;

trademarks;

patents;

design rights;

publicity rights;

privacy rights;

personality rights;

contractual rights;

other third-party rights.

Uploading content does not transfer ownership to sebavision OÜ.

13.2 License Granted to Spopyyou

By uploading, publishing or making User Content available on the Platform, the user grants sebavision OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license for the duration necessary to operate the Platform and fulfill legal obligations.

This license permits Spopyyou to:

host;

store;

reproduce;

technically process;

encode;

compress;

transmit;

display;

distribute within the Platform;

generate thumbnails and previews;

optimize content for different devices;

apply watermarks;

index content for search functions;

translate interface-related metadata where necessary;

moderate content;

detect illegal or harmful material;

perform backup and security copies;

restore content after technical failures;

promote publicly visible content within the Platform where permitted by the user's privacy settings.

The license is granted solely for operating, maintaining, improving, securing and promoting the Platform.

Spopyyou does not acquire ownership of User Content.

Upon deletion of User Content or termination of the user's account, Spopyyou will cease public use of the content within a reasonable period, except where continued retention is necessary for:

legal obligations;

fraud prevention;

dispute resolution;

law enforcement requests;

backup systems;

security investigations;

tax or accounting obligations.

13.3 User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for all User Content they publish.

Users agree that User Content must:

be lawful;

be truthful where factual statements are made;

not infringe third-party rights;

not violate privacy rights;

not violate publicity rights;

not contain malware;

not impersonate another person;

not contain fraudulent information;

not contain misleading commercial practices;

comply with these Terms;

comply with the Community Guidelines.

Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from persons appearing in photos, videos or recordings before publishing such content.

13.4 Removal Rights

Spopyyou reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, restrict, disable, remove or refuse User Content where reasonably necessary.

Content may be removed where it:

violates these Terms;

violates the Community Guidelines;

infringes intellectual property rights;

violates privacy rights;

contains illegal material;

promotes violence;

promotes terrorism;

promotes child exploitation;

contains non-consensual intimate imagery;

contains content involving minors in violation of applicable law;

constitutes hate speech prohibited by law;

contains fraudulent activity;

contains malware or phishing;

violates payment-provider requirements;

creates significant legal or security risks.

Removal decisions may be taken before or after publication.

Where required by applicable law, Spopyyou will provide affected users with an explanation of significant moderation decisions and information regarding available appeal procedures.

13.5 Illegal Content

Users must not upload, publish or distribute illegal content.

Illegal Content includes, but is not limited to:

child sexual abuse material;

content involving minors contrary to law;

non-consensual intimate images;

human trafficking;

terrorism-related content;

criminal instructions;

counterfeit goods;

fraud;

phishing;

identity theft;

malware;

illegal drugs where prohibited;

unlawful weapons sales;

prohibited financial scams;

unlawful gambling;

any content prohibited by applicable law.

Spopyyou may immediately remove Illegal Content and take any action required by applicable law.

Where legally required, Spopyyou may report Illegal Content to:

competent authorities;

law enforcement agencies;

child protection organizations;

payment providers;

regulatory authorities.

13.6 Pre-Publication Content Screening

All User Content submitted or uploaded for publication on Spopyou is subject to a pre-publication review before it is made publicly available or otherwise made accessible to other users. Uploaded or submitted content will remain unpublished, restricted or in a pending review status until the applicable review process has been completed. The pre-publication review is intended to identify content that may: violate applicable law; violate these Terms or any applicable Spopyyou policy; violate the Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy or Restricted Content Policy; involve minors or persons whose age cannot be adequately established; involve non-consensual content; involve human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or abuse; infringe intellectual property, privacy, image, publicity or other third-party rights; involve fraud, deception or prohibited activity; fail applicable age, identity, consent or record-keeping requirements; or violate applicable payment-provider requirements or standards. Pre-publication review may include, as appropriate: automated moderation and detection systems; artificial intelligence-assisted screening; human moderation; age and identity verification; consent verification; technical risk detection; review of supporting documentation; and additional manual review where content is flagged or presents an elevated legal, safety or compliance risk. Spopyyou may require the uploading user, Creator, Host or other Content Provider to provide additional information or documentation before approving content for publication. This may include evidence of: identity; age; consent; authorization from persons depicted; ownership or licensing rights; or other information reasonably necessary to establish compliance with applicable law, these Terms, Spopyyou policies or applicable payment-provider requirements. Content will not be published merely because it has been uploaded or submitted. Submission does not constitute approval and does not guarantee publication. Where content cannot be adequately verified, presents unresolved compliance concerns or appears to violate applicable law, these Terms or applicable Spopyyou policies, Spopyyou may reject the content or require additional review before publication. Pre-publication approval does not prevent Spopyyou from subsequently reviewing, restricting, disabling or removing content where new information, a complaint, a legal requirement or a potential violation is identified after publication. Creator Content, Adult Content, monetized content and other restricted or higher-risk content may be subject to enhanced verification and review requirements.

13.7 AI Moderation

To improve safety, trust and legal compliance, Spopyyou may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence ("AI"), machine learning and automated detection systems, to assist in content moderation.

AI moderation may be used to:

detect nudity;

estimate age where permitted by law;

identify child safety risks;

detect violence;

detect prohibited weapons;

detect hate symbols;

detect spam;

detect phishing;

detect malware;

identify duplicate content;

identify copyright concerns;

identify fake accounts;

detect coordinated abuse;

support fraud prevention.

AI systems are intended to assist human moderation and do not necessarily make final enforcement decisions.

Where appropriate, automated findings may be reviewed by trained personnel before significant enforcement action is taken.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may occasionally produce false positives or false negatives.

Users may request review of qualifying moderation decisions through the Platform's appeal process.

13.8 Copyright Complaints

Rights holders who believe that User Content infringes their intellectual property rights may submit a notice to Spopyyou.

The notice should include:

identification of the protected work;

identification of the allegedly infringing content;

sufficient contact information;

a statement of good-faith belief;

a declaration that the information provided is accurate.

Spopyyou may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content while investigating the complaint.

Users whose content is removed may be offered an opportunity to submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.

13.9 Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload unlawful or infringing content may be subject to progressively stronger enforcement measures, including:

warnings;

temporary restrictions;

suspension of upload privileges;

suspension of monetization;

account suspension;

permanent account termination.

Spopyyou will assess each case individually, taking into account the nature, frequency and seriousness of the violations.

13.10 Preservation of Evidence

Where reasonably necessary, Spopyyou may retain copies of removed or deleted User Content for a limited period for purposes including:

compliance with legal obligations;

law enforcement requests;

fraud prevention;

dispute resolution;

enforcement of these Terms;

internal investigations;

security and abuse prevention.

Such retained content will not ordinarily remain publicly accessible.

13.11 No General Obligation to Continuously Monitor Published Content

The pre-publication screening requirements described in these Terms do not mean that Spopyyou continuously monitors all User Content after publication.

Following publication, Spopyyou may review, investigate, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to:

comply with applicable law;

respond to reports or complaints;

protect users;

enforce these Terms and applicable Spopyyou policies;

investigate suspected abuse, exploitation or fraud;

comply with court orders or requests from competent authorities;

comply with applicable payment-provider requirements; or

address new information concerning previously approved content.

Pre-publication screening does not constitute a guarantee that approved content is lawful, accurate, safe or compliant in every respect.

Nothing in these Terms limits any monitoring, moderation, notice-and-action or other obligations imposed on Spopyyou by applicable law.

13.12 User Deletion of Content

Users may delete their own User Content where the Platform provides such functionality.

Deletion may not immediately remove all copies because content may temporarily remain in:

backup systems;

security archives;

fraud-prevention systems;

legal retention systems;

cached technical infrastructure.

Public visibility will ordinarily cease within a reasonable period after deletion, except where continued publication is legally required.

13.13 Additional Creator Content Rules

Creator Content remains subject to:

these Terms;

the Creator Terms;

the Community Guidelines;

the Restricted Content Policy;

the Acceptable Use Policy;

applicable payment-provider rules.

Where a conflict exists, the more specific Creator or Restricted Content Terms shall prevail with respect to Creator Content.

14. Community Rules

Spopyyou is committed to providing a safe, respectful, authentic and trustworthy community for all users.

Every user is expected to contribute to a positive environment based on mutual respect, honesty and personal responsibility.

By using the Platform, users agree to comply with these Community Rules at all times.

These Community Rules apply to all activities on the Platform, including but not limited to:

profiles;

messages;

posts;

comments;

Creator Content;

events;

reviews;

usernames;

profile photos;

videos;

audio recordings;

live streams;

event participation;

interactions with other users.

Violations of these Community Rules may result in warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension or permanent account termination.

14.1 Respect

Users must treat others with respect, courtesy and dignity.

Users must not:

intimidate others;

threaten others;

deliberately humiliate others;

bully others;

encourage harassment;

provoke violence;

repeatedly target another user in an abusive manner.

Healthy disagreement and respectful discussion are welcome.

Disagreements must not become abusive, threatening or discriminatory.

Users should respect differences relating to:

culture;

nationality;

language;

religion;

disability;

gender;

gender identity;

sexual orientation;

political opinion;

personal lifestyle.

14.2 Consent

Respect for personal boundaries and consent is a fundamental principle of Spopyyou.

Users must ensure that all interactions are voluntary and consensual.

Users must not:

pressure another user into unwanted communication;

repeatedly contact users after rejection;

share intimate content without consent;

publish another person's personal information without permission;

manipulate consent through deception;

coerce users into meetings or interactions;

threaten users who refuse interaction.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

When consent is withdrawn, users must immediately respect that decision.

14.3 Harassment

Harassment of any kind is prohibited.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

repeated unwanted contact;

stalking;

sexual harassment;

intimidation;

bullying;

threats;

blackmail;

extortion;

revenge behavior;

doxxing;

coordinated harassment;

encouraging others to harass another user.

Spopyyou may immediately restrict accounts involved in serious harassment.

14.4 Hate Speech

Content that promotes hatred or violence against protected persons or groups is prohibited.

Users must not promote or encourage hatred based on:

race;

ethnic origin;

nationality;

religion;

disability;

age;

sex;

gender identity;

sexual orientation;

other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Constructive discussion of social or political topics is permitted provided it does not become unlawful hate speech or incitement to violence.

14.5 Illegal Content

Users must not upload, publish or distribute content that violates applicable law.

Examples include:

child sexual abuse material;

content involving minors contrary to law;

non-consensual intimate imagery;

terrorism-related content;

human trafficking;

fraud;

phishing;

identity theft;

counterfeit goods;

illegal drug trafficking;

unlawful weapons sales;

financial scams;

malware;

content prohibited by court order.

Spopyyou may remove illegal content immediately and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

14.6 Fraud and Deceptive Conduct

Users must act honestly.

Users must not:

deceive other users;

manipulate transactions;

misuse payment systems;

submit fraudulent payment disputes;

falsify identity information;

create fake reviews;

manipulate ratings;

misuse referral programs;

manipulate Founder benefits;

exploit technical errors for financial gain.

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

14.7 Spam

Spam is prohibited.

Spam includes:

unsolicited advertising;

mass messaging;

repetitive posting;

automated messaging;

excessive self-promotion;

phishing messages;

malicious links;

referral abuse;

unsolicited commercial offers.

Users may only send commercial communications where permitted by applicable law and Platform rules.

14.8 Fake Profiles

Users must create authentic accounts.

Users must not create profiles using:

false identities;

fabricated personal information;

stolen photographs;

AI-generated identities intended to deceive;

fake business information;

fake verification documents.

Parody or fictional accounts are permitted only where clearly identified and where they cannot reasonably mislead other users.

Spopyyou may request identity verification where authenticity is reasonably questioned.

14.9 Impersonation

Users must not impersonate another person or organization.

This includes pretending to be:

another private individual;

a public figure;

a business;

a government authority;

a Spopyyou employee;

a Host;

a Creator;

a payment provider.

Users must not falsely claim:

Founder status;

verification;

professional qualifications;

business affiliations;

sponsorships;

endorsements.

14.10 Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of others.

Users must not publish or distribute another person's personal information without lawful authority or consent, including:

home addresses;

telephone numbers;

email addresses;

identity documents;

financial information;

private correspondence;

precise location data;

confidential business information.

Any misuse of personal information may result in immediate enforcement action.

14.11 Off-Platform Safety

Users remain responsible for their own safety when interacting outside the Platform.

Spopyyou encourages users to:

meet in public places where appropriate;

inform trusted persons of meeting arrangements;

verify identities before meeting;

avoid sending money to unknown users;

report suspicious behavior.

Spopyyou cannot supervise or guarantee the conduct of users outside the Platform.

14.12 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations through the reporting tools provided by the Platform.

Reports should be submitted in good faith.

False, malicious or abusive reports intended to harm another user may themselves constitute a violation of these Terms.

Spopyyou may request additional information to investigate reports.

14.13 Enforcement

Where a violation is identified, Spopyyou may take proportionate enforcement measures, including:

educational notices;

warnings;

removal of content;

reduced visibility;

temporary feature restrictions;

suspension of messaging;

suspension of monetization;

suspension of event functions;

suspension of Creator functions;

temporary account suspension;

permanent account termination.

The enforcement action taken will generally depend on:

the seriousness of the violation;

repetition;

user history;

impact on other users;

legal obligations;

safety risks.

14.14 Appeals

Where applicable, users may appeal significant moderation or enforcement decisions through the Platform.

An appeal should include:

the affected account;

the relevant content or action;

the reasons why the decision is believed to be incorrect;

any supporting evidence.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend the enforcement action.

Spopyyou will review qualifying appeals in a fair, objective and timely manner.

14.15 Community Integrity

Spopyyou is committed to maintaining an authentic community.

Accordingly, users must not:

artificially inflate popularity;

purchase followers or engagement;

manipulate algorithms;

use bots;

create coordinated fake activity;

abuse referral systems;

manipulate XP, Coins or rewards;

interfere with moderation systems.

Where such conduct is detected, Spopyyou may remove the affected content, reverse rewards, suspend accounts or permanently terminate access.

15. Adult & Sensitive Content

Spopyyou may allow certain adult-oriented or otherwise sensitive content and services where legally permitted and where such content complies with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Restricted Content Policy, applicable laws and the requirements of Spopyyou's payment providers.

Not all users will have access to Adult or Sensitive Content.

Access may be restricted based on:

age;

identity verification;

country of residence;

local laws;

membership level;

account status;

Creator eligibility;

payment-provider requirements;

additional safety measures introduced by Spopyyou.

Spopyyou reserves the right to restrict, remove or prohibit any Adult or Sensitive Content where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, operational or compliance reasons.

15.1 Restricted Areas

Adult Content may only be made available within designated restricted areas of the Platform.

Restricted Areas may include:

age-gated Creator profiles;

restricted Creator subscriptions;

Premium or Premium+ sections;

verified adult communities;

restricted events;

other protected areas introduced by Spopyyou.

Adult Content must not be intentionally displayed to users who are not eligible to access it.

Spopyyou may implement technical measures to prevent unauthorized access.

15.2 Local Law Compliance

Users and Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Adult or Sensitive Content complies with the laws applicable in their country, state or jurisdiction.

Certain content, services or features may not be available in all countries.

Spopyyou may:

restrict access by country;

disable features;

remove content;

refuse publication;

suspend accounts;

terminate services

where necessary to comply with applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

Users must not use VPNs, proxies or other technical measures to circumvent legal or geographic restrictions imposed by Spopyyou.

15.3 Age Verification

Access to Adult or age-restricted areas may require successful age and identity verification.

Verification may be carried out using Veriff or another provider designated by Spopyyou.

Verification may include:

government-issued identification;

facial or liveness verification;

date of birth verification;

additional documentation where legally required.

A user who fails age verification may be denied access to restricted content or services.

Spopyyou may request renewed verification where:

identity information changes;

fraud is suspected;

legal requirements change;

payment-provider rules require additional verification.

15.4 User Responsibility

Users access Adult or Sensitive Content entirely at their own discretion and risk.

Users acknowledge that such content may include themes or material intended only for adults.

Users agree that they are solely responsible for:

complying with applicable laws;

protecting their own devices;

maintaining the confidentiality of their account;

preventing access by minors using their account or devices;

ensuring that no unauthorized person gains access to restricted content through their account.

Users must not:

allow minors to access Adult Content;

share restricted content with unauthorized persons;

circumvent age-verification systems;

attempt to bypass content restrictions.

15.5 Explicit Content Rules

Where Adult Content is permitted, it must comply with all applicable laws, these Terms and the Restricted Content Policy.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

any content involving persons under the age of 18;

content that appears to involve minors;

non-consensual sexual content;

intimate images shared without consent;

coercion, exploitation or abuse;

human trafficking;

incest or bestiality;

sexual violence presented as real or non-consensual;

manipulated or AI-generated explicit content depicting real persons without their consent;

content that violates payment-provider rules or applicable law.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that:

every identifiable person appearing in Adult Content is at least 18 years old;

valid proof of age and identity has been obtained where required;

all participants have voluntarily consented to the creation and distribution of the content;

appropriate records are maintained where required by law.

Spopyyou may request evidence of age, identity or consent at any time.

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in:

immediate removal of content;

suspension of monetization;

withholding of payouts;

suspension of Creator status;

permanent account termination;

reporting to competent authorities where legally required.

15.6 Sensitive Content Warnings

Certain lawful content may be classified as sensitive even if it is not explicit.

Sensitive Content may include:

nudity;

artistic nudity;

sexually suggestive material;

strong language;

simulated violence;

graphic injury;

disturbing themes.

Spopyyou may apply:

content warnings;

blurred previews;

click-to-view mechanisms;

age restrictions;

additional moderation.

The classification of Sensitive Content is determined by Spopyyou in its reasonable discretion and may change as legal or safety requirements evolve.

15.7 AI and Human Moderation

To help enforce these rules, Spopyyou may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, together with human review.

Moderation may be used to detect:

underage appearance;

nudity;

explicit sexual activity;

violence;

prohibited symbols;

spam;

fraudulent activity;

manipulated or synthetic media.

Automated systems assist moderation but do not necessarily make final enforcement decisions.

Where appropriate, significant moderation actions may be reviewed by trained personnel before becoming final.

Users may appeal qualifying moderation decisions through the procedures provided by Spopyyou.

15.8 Reporting and Enforcement

Users are encouraged to report Adult or Sensitive Content that they believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Reports should be submitted in good faith and include sufficient information to allow investigation.

Where a violation is confirmed, Spopyyou may take one or more of the following actions:

remove or disable the content;

restrict visibility;

suspend Creator monetization;

suspend event or messaging functions;

suspend or terminate the account;

reverse payments where appropriate;

notify payment providers where required;

cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

False or malicious reports intended to harass or damage another user may themselves constitute a violation of these Terms.

15.9 No Endorsement

The availability of Adult or Sensitive Content on Spopyyou does not constitute approval, endorsement or recommendation by sebavision OÜ.

Spopyyou acts solely as the operator of the Platform and provides the technical infrastructure through which eligible users and Creators may lawfully share permitted content.

Creators remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and compliance of the content they publish.

16. Messaging & Communication

Spopyyou provides communication tools that allow eligible users to interact with one another through the Platform.

Available communication features may include:

private messaging;

voice messaging;

media sharing;

Creator messaging;

event-related chats;

group conversations;

system notifications;

future communication features introduced by Spopyyou.

Communication features are intended to facilitate lawful, respectful and voluntary interactions between users.

The availability of individual communication features may depend on:

membership plan;

verification status;

privacy settings;

account standing;

age restrictions;

country of residence;

technical availability.

Spopyyou reserves the right to introduce, modify, restrict or discontinue communication features where reasonably necessary.

16.1 Private Messaging

Eligible users may communicate through private messages where messaging is available.

Private messaging is intended solely for lawful communication between users.

Users must not use private messages to:

harass or intimidate others;

send threats;

distribute illegal content;

commit fraud;

send phishing messages;

advertise unlawfully;

send spam;

solicit illegal activities;

circumvent Platform payment systems;

violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Receiving a message does not obligate a user to respond.

Users remain free to ignore, mute or block communications.

16.2 Voice Messages

Where available, users may exchange voice messages.

Voice messages are subject to the same rules as written messages.

Users must not use voice messaging to:

threaten others;

harass others;

impersonate another person;

distribute unlawful recordings;

transmit illegal content;

violate privacy rights.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to record and transmit any audio submitted through the Platform.

16.3 Media Sharing

Users may send or share media where supported by the Platform.

Media may include:

photographs;

videos;

audio recordings;

documents;

GIFs;

stickers;

other supported digital files.

Users may only share media that:

they own or are authorized to share;

complies with these Terms;

complies with applicable law;

does not infringe third-party rights.

Users must not send:

malware;

viruses;

phishing links;

illegal files;

non-consensual intimate images;

child exploitation material;

copyrighted content without authorization;

deceptive or fraudulent content.

Spopyyou may restrict supported file types or file sizes at any time.

16.4 Reporting Messages

Users may report messages, conversations or shared media that they believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reports should be submitted in good faith through the reporting tools provided by the Platform.

When investigating a report, Spopyyou may review:

the reported messages;

attached media;

relevant account information;

technical logs;

moderation history;

other information reasonably necessary to investigate the report.

Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports intended to harm another user may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

16.5 Blocking Users

Users may block other users through the Platform.

When a user is blocked, available functionality may include:

preventing new private messages;

preventing voice messages;

preventing media sharing;

hiding profile visibility where supported;

preventing invitations;

restricting further interaction.

Blocking another user does not automatically remove previous messages or affect ongoing legal obligations.

Spopyyou may continue to retain communication records where reasonably necessary for:

legal compliance;

fraud prevention;

dispute resolution;

security investigations;

law enforcement requests.

16.6 Safety Filters

To improve user safety, Spopyyou may implement automated safety features and communication filters.

Safety filters may:

detect spam;

detect phishing;

identify malicious links;

detect scams;

detect abusive language;

identify suspected fraud;

identify prohibited content;

detect repeated unsolicited messaging;

identify account compromise;

reduce automated abuse.

Safety filters may automatically:

warn users;

blur media;

temporarily restrict messages;

delay message delivery;

request additional verification;

forward content for human review.

Spopyyou processes communications in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Users acknowledge that limited processing of communications may occur where reasonably necessary for:

spam detection;

fraud prevention;

malware detection;

legal compliance;

security investigations;

enforcement of these Terms.

16.8 Consent and Communication Preferences

Users remain in control of their communication preferences.

Where available, users may:

enable or disable private messages;

restrict messages to verified users;

restrict messages to Premium members;

mute conversations;

disable voice messages;

disable media sharing;

manage notification preferences.

Users must respect another user's communication preferences.

Repeated attempts to contact a user after being blocked or after a clear refusal to communicate may constitute harassment.

16.9 No Guarantee of Message Delivery

Spopyyou does not guarantee that every message, voice recording or media file will be successfully delivered.

Message delivery may be affected by:

internet connectivity;

device settings;

recipient privacy settings;

blocking;

moderation actions;

technical maintenance;

security measures;

service interruptions.

Spopyyou is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16.10 Business and Commercial Communications

Commercial communications may only be sent where permitted by applicable law and Platform policies.

Users must not use messaging features for:

unsolicited advertising;

mass marketing;

unauthorized sales;

referral abuse;

phishing;

misleading commercial practices.

Approved business accounts and Enterprise users may communicate with users only in accordance with applicable consent requirements and Platform rules.

16.11 Monitoring and Moderation

Spopyyou is not under a general obligation to actively monitor all private communications.

However, Spopyyou may review or investigate communications where reasonably necessary to:

comply with applicable law;

respond to user reports;

investigate fraud;

protect user safety;

enforce these Terms;

comply with court orders;

satisfy payment-provider requirements.

Any review will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

16.12 Enforcement

Where communication features are misused, Spopyyou may take proportionate enforcement measures, including:

issuing warnings;

removing unlawful media;

restricting messaging functions;

temporarily disabling voice messages;

limiting media sharing;

requiring identity verification;

suspending communication privileges;

suspending the account;

permanently terminating the account in serious or repeated cases.

The enforcement measure applied will depend on:

the seriousness of the violation;

repetition;

user history;

impact on other users;

legal obligations;

security considerations.

16.13 Appeals

Where applicable, users may appeal significant moderation decisions affecting communication features.

Appeals should include:

the affected account;

the relevant conversation or action;

the reasons why the decision is believed to be incorrect;

any supporting information.

Spopyyou will review qualifying appeals fairly, objectively and within a reasonable time.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend the enforcement measure.

17. Moderation

To protect users, maintain community integrity and comply with applicable laws, Spopyyou may moderate content, accounts, communications, events and other activities on the Platform.

Moderation may be carried out through:

user reports;

automated detection systems;

artificial intelligence (AI);

machine learning tools;

human moderators;

trusted flaggers;

internal compliance reviews;

legal requests from competent authorities.

Moderation is intended to promote a safe, respectful and lawful environment while balancing users' rights and freedoms.

Spopyyou may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Restricted Content Policy or applicable law.

17.1 Reports

Users may report content, accounts, messages, events or other activities they believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reports may relate to:

illegal content;

harassment;

hate speech;

fraud;

fake profiles;

spam;

privacy violations;

impersonation;

child safety concerns;

non-consensual intimate content;

other prohibited conduct.

Reports should be submitted in good faith using the reporting tools provided by the Platform.

Spopyyou may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate a report.

Knowingly submitting false, malicious or abusive reports intended to harm another user may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

17.2 Investigation

Following receipt of a report or detection of a potential violation, Spopyyou may investigate the matter.

An investigation may include reviewing:

User Content;

account information;

messages or media that have been reported;

event information;

Creator activity;

technical logs;

moderation history;

payment-related information where relevant;

other information reasonably necessary to assess the reported issue.

Investigations will be conducted in a proportionate manner and in accordance with applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that enforcement action will be taken.

17.3 Warnings

Where appropriate, Spopyyou may issue one or more warnings before taking stronger enforcement measures.

Warnings may be issued for:

minor violations;

first-time violations;

accidental policy breaches;

content requiring correction;

inappropriate behaviour that does not present an immediate safety risk.

Warnings may include:

educational notices;

requests to edit or remove content;

temporary feature limitations;

reminders regarding Community Rules.

Spopyyou is not required to issue a warning before taking stronger action where immediate intervention is necessary.

17.4 Temporary Restrictions

Where reasonably necessary, Spopyyou may temporarily restrict individual Platform functions.

Restrictions may include:

disabling messaging;

limiting profile visibility;

restricting content uploads;

suspending Creator monetization;

restricting event creation;

disabling ticket sales;

restricting live streaming;

disabling comments;

requiring identity verification;

limiting other Platform features.

Restrictions may remain in effect until:

the investigation has been completed;

the violation has been resolved;

required documentation has been provided;

the applicable suspension period has expired.

17.5 Account Suspension

Spopyyou may temporarily suspend an account where reasonably necessary.

Reasons for suspension may include:

repeated policy violations;

suspected fraud;

identity verification issues;

payment abuse;

excessive chargebacks;

repeated harassment;

distribution of illegal content;

spam or automated abuse;

security concerns;

legal obligations.

During a suspension, the user may temporarily lose access to some or all Platform features.

Spopyyou may also suspend:

Creator functions;

Host functions;

messaging;

monetization;

event management;

Premium benefits;

other Platform services.

Where reasonably possible, users will be informed of the general reason for the suspension unless prohibited by law or necessary to protect security or ongoing investigations.

17.6 Permanent Account Termination

Spopyyou may permanently terminate an account where reasonably necessary.

Permanent termination may occur where:

serious violations occur;

repeated violations continue despite warnings;

illegal activity is confirmed;

fraud is established;

identity fraud occurs;

child safety rules are violated;

payment-provider requirements require termination;

court orders require termination;

continued use presents a significant legal, financial or safety risk.

Permanent termination may include:

removal of User Content;

removal of Creator Content;

termination of subscriptions;

cancellation of monetization;

loss of Host privileges;

loss of verification status;

permanent loss of access to the Platform.

Termination does not affect obligations that continue under these Terms, including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations or legal claims.

17.7 Immediate Enforcement

Certain violations may justify immediate enforcement without prior warning.

Examples include:

child sexual abuse material;

content involving minors contrary to law;

terrorism-related content;

credible threats of violence;

human trafficking;

severe fraud;

identity theft;

large-scale phishing;

malware distribution;

non-consensual intimate imagery;

significant security risks.

In such cases, Spopyyou may immediately:

remove content;

suspend the account;

terminate the account;

suspend payouts;

notify payment providers;

report the matter to competent authorities where legally required.

17.8 Appeals

Where applicable, users may appeal significant moderation decisions.

Appealable decisions may include:

content removal;

account suspension;

account termination;

Creator restrictions;

Host restrictions;

verification decisions where appropriate;

monetization restrictions.

An appeal should include:

the affected account;

the challenged decision;

the reasons why the user believes the decision was incorrect;

any relevant supporting information.

Spopyyou will review qualifying appeals fairly, objectively and within a reasonable time.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend the moderation measure.

17.9 Automated Moderation

Spopyyou may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to assist moderation.

Automated systems may help detect:

spam;

fake accounts;

phishing;

malware;

nudity;

violence;

prohibited content;

suspicious payment activity;

coordinated abuse;

bot activity.

Automated tools assist moderation but do not necessarily make final enforcement decisions.

Where appropriate, significant enforcement decisions may be reviewed by trained personnel before becoming final.

17.10 Transparency

Where required by applicable law, Spopyyou will provide users with appropriate information regarding significant moderation decisions.

Such information may include:

the type of action taken;

the general reason for the action;

the content or activity concerned;

available appeal options;

any applicable time limits.

Spopyyou may withhold specific details where disclosure would:

violate applicable law;

compromise fraud prevention;

interfere with law enforcement;

endanger another person;

expose confidential security measures.

17.11 Record Keeping

Spopyyou may retain moderation records where reasonably necessary for:

legal compliance;

dispute resolution;

fraud prevention;

security investigations;

enforcement of these Terms;

payment-provider requirements;

regulatory obligations.

Moderation records may include:

reports;

moderation decisions;

appeal outcomes;

timestamps;

technical evidence;

communications relating to enforcement actions.

Such records will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary or as required by applicable law.

17.12 No Obligation to Monitor

Spopyyou is not under a general obligation to proactively monitor all user activity or all content published on the Platform.

However, Spopyyou may monitor or investigate specific content or activities where reasonably necessary to:

comply with applicable law;

protect users;

enforce these Terms;

prevent fraud;

respond to reports;

comply with court orders;

satisfy payment-provider requirements.

Nothing in this Section limits obligations imposed by applicable law, including the European Union Digital Services Act.

17.13 Good Faith Enforcement

Spopyyou will seek to apply moderation measures in a fair, proportionate, consistent and non-discriminatory manner.

Moderation decisions may take into account:

the seriousness of the violation;

frequency of previous violations;

user history;

intent where reasonably identifiable;

potential harm to other users;

legal obligations;

security risks.

Not every violation will necessarily result in the same enforcement measure.

Each case will be assessed individually.

17.14 Cooperation with Authorities

Where required or permitted by applicable law, Spopyyou may cooperate with:

courts;

law enforcement agencies;

regulatory authorities;

child protection organizations;

payment providers;

fraud prevention organizations;

other competent authorities.

Such cooperation may include preserving evidence, responding to lawful requests, reporting criminal activity or preventing imminent harm.

18. Privacy & Data Protection

Spopyyou is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users.

The collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), applicable national data protection legislation and the Spopyyou Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users acknowledge that certain personal data must be processed in order to provide the services offered by Spopyyou.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to users under applicable data protection laws.

18.1 GDPR Compliance

Where the GDPR applies, sebavision OÜ acts as the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with the operation of the Platform, except where otherwise stated.

Spopyyou processes personal data only where a valid legal basis exists, including:

performance of a contract;

Users should carefully review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same subject matter, the Privacy Policy governs issues specifically relating to personal data.

18.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Spopyyou may use cookies, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), pixels and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform.

These technologies may be used for purposes including:

authentication;

security;

fraud prevention;

illustrations;

icons;

animations;

audiovisual works;

text;

documentation;

workflows;

algorithms;

features;

branding;

trademarks;

domain names;

trade dress;

know-how;

trade secrets;

other proprietary materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.

Users receive only the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

19.1 Trademarks

The names Spopyyou, sebavision, and any associated product names, service names, slogans or branding elements may constitute trademarks, registered trademarks or protected business identifiers of sebavision OÜ or its licensors.

Users may not, without prior written permission:

use Spopyyou trademarks for commercial purposes;

imply sponsorship or endorsement;

use trademarks in advertising;

use trademarks in domain names;

use trademarks in social media usernames where likely to create confusion;

remove trademark notices.

Nothing in these Terms grants any license to use Spopyyou trademarks except as strictly necessary for ordinary use of the Platform.

19.2 Logos and Brand Assets

The Spopyyou logo, icons, graphics, color schemes, visual identity and other brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly authorized in writing, users must not:

copy logos;

modify logos;

recolor logos;

create derivative versions;

use logos in advertising;

use logos on merchandise;

incorporate logos into other products;

falsely imply partnership or endorsement.

Authorized business partners may use approved brand assets only in accordance with the applicable Brand Guidelines or written agreement.

19.3 Copyright

All copyright and related rights in the Platform and its original content belong to sebavision OÜ or the respective rights holders.

Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing, users may not:

reproduce;

copy;

distribute;

publish;

transmit;

display;

perform publicly;

modify;

translate;

adapt;

reverse engineer documentation;

create derivative works from;

commercially exploit

any copyrighted Platform material.

This restriction does not apply to User Content owned by the respective user, subject to the licenses granted under these Terms.

19.4 Software

The Platform, including its software, applications, APIs, databases and technical infrastructure, is licensed, not sold.

Subject to these Terms, Spopyyou grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

Users must not:

copy the software;

distribute the software;

sublicense the software;

sell the software;

lease the software;

reverse engineer;

decompile;

disassemble;

attempt to discover source code;

bypass security measures;

interfere with the Platform's operation;

introduce malicious code;

exploit vulnerabilities;

access the Platform using unauthorized automated tools.

Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership interest in the software or its underlying technology.

19.5 User License to Use the Platform

Subject to continuous compliance with these Terms, Spopyyou grants each user a limited right to:

access the Platform;

create an account;

use available features;

participate in events;

communicate with other users;

purchase memberships;

purchase Coins;

subscribe to Creators;

use Creator Services where eligible;

use Host Services where eligible.

This license:

is personal;

is non-exclusive;

is non-transferable;

is revocable;

may not be sublicensed.

The license automatically terminates upon account termination or suspension where continued access is no longer permitted.

19.6 Feedback

Users may voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feature requests or other feedback regarding the Platform.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, users acknowledge that:

feedback may be used by Spopyyou without restriction;

no compensation is owed for submitted feedback;

Spopyyou is under no obligation to implement any suggestion;

similar ideas may already be under development.

Submitting feedback does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property owned by the user.

19.7 Open Source Components

The Platform may include software distributed under open source licenses.

Such software remains subject to the applicable open source license terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under those licenses.

Where required, applicable open source notices will be made available.

19.8 Infringement Claims

If a user believes that material available on the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a notice to Spopyyou.

The notice should include:

identification of the protected work;

identification of the allegedly infringing material;

sufficient contact information;

a statement of good faith;

a declaration that the information provided is accurate.

Spopyyou may investigate the claim and, where appropriate:

remove the content;

disable access;

request additional information;

notify the affected user;

permit a counter-notification where applicable;

take further action required by law.

19.9 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by sebavision OÜ and its licensors.

No provision of these Terms shall be interpreted as granting:

ownership rights;

exclusive rights;

implied licenses;

patent rights;

trademark rights;

trade secret rights;

except where expressly stated.

19.10 Protection of the Spopyyou Brand

Users must not engage in activities that are likely to damage, dilute or misrepresent the Spopyyou brand or reputation.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

creating counterfeit websites;

phishing using the Spopyyou name;

impersonating Spopyyou or its employees;

falsely claiming an official partnership;

registering confusingly similar domain names;

distributing counterfeit applications;

misusing the Spopyyou logo or branding;

publishing false statements that intentionally mislead users regarding official Platform communications.

Spopyyou reserves all legal rights to protect its intellectual property and brand identity against unauthorized use.

20. Third-Party Services

To provide, operate, improve and secure the Platform, Spopyyou may integrate or make available services provided by independent third-party providers.

Third-party services may support functions including:

payment processing;

identity verification;

cloud hosting;

content delivery;

maps and location services;

analytics;

fraud prevention;

communication;

customer support;

security monitoring;

other technical infrastructure.

The availability of any third-party service may change over time.

Spopyyou may add, replace or discontinue third-party providers where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, technical or commercial reasons.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Spopyyou is not responsible for services that are operated independently by third parties.

Users may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies and acceptable use policies of the applicable third-party provider.

20.1 Stripe

Where available, Spopyyou may use Stripe as a payment processing provider for eligible services.

Stripe may process payments relating to:

memberships;

subscriptions;

Coins;

event tickets;

other eligible purchases.

Payments processed through Stripe are subject to:

Stripe's Terms of Service;

Stripe's Privacy Policy;

applicable banking and payment regulations.

Spopyyou does not store complete payment card information processed by Stripe.

Users acknowledge that Stripe may independently:

authorize or decline transactions;

perform fraud prevention checks;

request additional verification;

reverse unauthorized transactions;

comply with legal obligations.

20.2 CCBill

Where applicable, Spopyyou may use CCBill as a payment processor for eligible transactions, including restricted or adult-oriented services where legally permitted.

CCBill may process payments relating to:

Creator subscriptions;

Pay-Per-View content;

tips;

restricted memberships;

eligible Adult services;

other approved digital transactions.

Transactions processed by CCBill remain subject to:

CCBill's Terms and Conditions;

CCBill's Privacy Policy;

applicable card-network rules;

applicable laws.

CCBill may independently:

approve or decline payments;

perform fraud prevention checks;

request identity verification;

investigate chargebacks;

process refunds where appropriate;

comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Creator payouts are administered separately by Spopyyou through supported payout methods and are not automatically distributed by CCBill.

20.3 Veriff

Spopyyou may use Veriff or another identity-verification provider to verify user identity and age.

Verification may be required for:

account verification;

Creator onboarding;

Host onboarding;

Premium features;

Creator payouts;

age-restricted services;

fraud prevention;

legal compliance.

Verification may require:

government-issued identification;

facial or liveness verification;

date of birth verification;

additional supporting documentation.

Verification decisions may be based on automated systems and manual review performed by the verification provider.

Successful verification does not constitute a guarantee of a user's future conduct or trustworthiness.

20.4 Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Spopyyou may use Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud infrastructure providers to host and operate the Platform.

AWS services may support:

cloud hosting;

databases;

storage;

backups;

media delivery;

server infrastructure;

security monitoring;

logging;

disaster recovery;

other infrastructure services.

Although commercially reasonable measures are implemented to ensure availability and security, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

scheduled maintenance;

technical failures;

internet disruptions;

infrastructure incidents;

force majeure events.

20.5 Map Services

Spopyyou may integrate third-party mapping and location services to provide location-based functionality.

nearby event discovery.

Depending on the Platform configuration, map services may be provided by providers such as:

OpenStreetMap;

Spopyyou does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of map data supplied by third-party providers.

20.6 Third-Party Availability

Spopyyou does not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services.

Features depending on third-party providers may be unavailable due to:

provider outages;

maintenance;

technical failures;

legal restrictions;

payment-provider decisions;

service discontinuation;

network interruptions.

Where reasonably possible, Spopyyou will seek suitable alternatives or restore functionality as soon as practicable.

20.7 Third-Party Terms

Certain Platform features require interaction with independent third-party services.

By using those features, users acknowledge that they may also become subject to the applicable third-party provider's:

Cookie Policy;

Acceptable Use Policy;

payment rules;

verification requirements.

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and mandatory terms imposed by a third-party payment or verification provider, the mandatory requirements necessary to provide the relevant service shall apply to that specific service.

20.8 Changes to Third-Party Providers

Spopyyou may replace or introduce third-party providers where reasonably necessary to:

improve security;

improve functionality;

comply with legal obligations;

reduce operational risks;

improve performance;

support additional countries;

introduce new Platform features.

Users are not entitled to continued use of a specific third-party provider.
